I needed a screen protector for my new iPhone 7. I went in, and a sales guy came up to me asking what I needed. He got one from the wall and started installing it on my phone asking how I liked the iPhone 7. Once he installed it he told me it was warranted for life and that he rung it up in someone elses name so that he wouldnt have to get my social security number and whatnot. That struck me as odd, but I didnt say anything. Then he told me the total was $54 and change. Well, it was installed so I paid it. Then I noticed that the upper right corner wasnt against the screen, there was a section that wasnt attached. I asked about it and he said it would attach as I handled it and the glue got warm. The next morning it had come loose all along the top and right hand side. I noticed it wasnt centered so I tried to center it. The installation video said there was an alignment tray, but it wasnt in the box. I tried several times to align it and finally got it, but there was a bit of dust under the top. I didnt want to lose my alignment so I held the bottom in place to pull the top away and use tape to get the dust out. But the screen protector shattered. There was nothing in the box, no warranty info or anything. I went back to find out what to do and he told me to go to their website. I talked to them and told them what happened and they told me to that I need to straighten it out with the retailer. So Im out $54. Its the last dime they make from me.
