Sales rep was uncaring when problems arose. Happy to sell me something not happy to fix it when things went wrong despite a phone bill of $160 per month for 2 smart phones. My address remained incorrect for billing purposes for 3 months (they had a CC so were receiving payment so didnt care to fix the problem) Service not as good in rural areas as Bluegrass or Verizon although better then Sprint. Warranty on phones leaves you without any cell phone for more than 1 week unless you pay for express shipping and then only replace with "like new" refurbished model. Even when defect is clearly that of manufacturer. Store unable to replace defective equipment or do much if any troubleshooting. If you go here stick with an IPhone so that you can at least utilize the Apple Store. Do not expect much in service once they have your money...

I have been trying to get high speed internet at my house for over 15 years now. Every neighbor that lives withing a 1/8 mile radius has high speed internet, but AT*T have been telling me "it is not available in my area". Enough is enough is enough. Wanted to open a business from my home and they still say I cant have it. Even when I offered to pay for installation. Zero stars on this one. However, I had to punch one star just to get my review to post.

We went in and worked with AAlyah (I hope I spelled that right!) She was awesome, she knows her stuff and was really helpful. I know they work for commission but she has a way about her that she only suggested up-sells that would be helpful for us. Example she suggested we get a 3rd accessory so that we would get 40% off all our accessories ended up saving us about $20 total on things we were planning to buy anyways. Which was awesome.

Incredibly rude. The girl who was supposed to be helping me all but called me stupid and blatantly refused to help or get the manager. Ive been trying to get something fixed on my account for weeks and the customer service on the phone sent me to the store to give physical paperwork and a number for them to call to get it sorted. She refused any steps of this. Disgusted with customer service and disgraceful business ethic.

This place is far too small for the volume of customers. The service is only as good as the place can handle, so if you go in when its busy, be prepared to be there for a while. They have the normal displays, but because of the size of the store, there really isnt room to move around which makes the store feel smaller. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, which definitely makes the overall experience better.

I needed a sim card for a iPhone so the call center sent me to the store. Went in and refused to give me one unless I activate it right then. Called the call center back and they said they could have gave me one and I could have activated it myself. So needless to say I wont be back to that store and there mailing me a sim card. Such a inconvenience.
