Rude, didnt listen or try to understand my situation. I have an att exclusive phone and have to have specific chargers. The woman wouldnt listen...Im 3hrs away from home so I buy the $30 charger and it didnt work. Just like I said. I walked around the store searching while she yakked on the phone for several mins. Just us 2 in there, her not even greeting me when I entered. Att is light yrs ahead!!!!

I hated Verizon. I have a ton of tell a marketer phone calls! I never had this issue before. They are always finding a way to charge us more than what they claim they d charge. I cant wait to change my carrier

Do not go here, it is a waste of time. Go to the corporate store in Cookeville. Its similar to going into Walmart to deal with your account. They have very low functionality.
