UPDATE: I was credited $159.65, assuming that was for the missing colored roses I ordered MULTICOLORED roses to be delivered to my mothers place of business on her 53rd birthd3ay. I specifically asked for multicolor. 53 red roses were delivered. Automatically everyone assumed my dad sent them to her. Red is for lovers. I called the shop upset and the woman who answered said "ohhh it clearly says multicolored on here". Here was their fix: send over a designer to add colored roses, switch out the arrangement, or have my mom carry 53 roses back to their shop so they could fix it. The flowers went from their shop to thousand oaks and cost me over $420. I wanted so badly to get this right and researched shops. I was NOT offered money back or a credit. They waited over an hour to call me back. PLEASE do NOT use this florist. The solution was to disrupt my mothers work enviroment OR make her leave work. Not acceptable!!! I will be working with them and my bank for a refund.

Horrible customer service and business acumen. I showed up when the doors opened to buy my wife some flowers for Valentines day. No one greeted me for about 5-8 min, while a man sat counting receipts at the counter. Finally someone came out to help. She told me she would not take the time out to arrange something from the flowers they had available and they were prioritizing pre-orders only. I was told I could stop back later in the day in case there were double orders. To send a customer away when they are ready to give you money is amazing to me.

Terrible experience. I waited for a scheduled delivery in the afternoon, waited all afternoon with no delivery. They said they came in the morning, but there was no note or phone call indicating that they had. Delivery was rescheduled for the next afternoon after 1pm. Called at nearly 4pm and they told me delivery would be after 4pm. Waited until 7pm with no delivery. Called but they were closed and left a message. Called the following day and they finally delivered in the am. It turned a nice present into total frustration.

A friend sent me flowers after my mothers passing. I have to say I received the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. The flowers in the arrangement were just stunning. I would like to add the arrangement was thick with flowers and not fillers. I will recommend Stone Oak Florist to all my friends. They even took the time to come out 2x because I was not here...not knowing they were coming. 2x in one day. Very pleased and it brightened a day... which had been sad.

I have used this florist for approx. 2 years. Being a native of San Antonio I have seen good and bad florist. Their floral arrangements are larger than than most and plants are also. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this location. In one year I had to order 5 different sprays/floral bouquets/plants and have always been please. I recommend this company without hesitation. They are a keeper in my cell phone contacts.

My family has used this florist a few times now. The staff has been rude and acts as if we are putting them out by using there establishment. We also didnt get what we ordered in the correct color. Learn the difference between light and dark pink. Honestly, the arrangement looked cheap and thrown together. Wish I could include a pic on this post. Third times the charm....we wont use them again. Good luck!!

The best experience ever!!!!! Website friendly, purchase process was seemless and the end result was beautiful far exceeding my expectations. The unique part of it all was I did all of this out of town. THANK YOU STONE OAK FLORIST!!!! You made me look Great!!!! If there was a 10 star rating you would get a 12!!!! Ill definitely be ordering from here every time!!

I have used this florist several times and have always been pleased. I live far away and send arrangements to relatives in the area. When my family sends me pictures of the flowers, so far, I have always thought they were exactly what I specified. The staff has been friendly and helpful in finding things in my budget and not pushy.
