They told me that they took my insurance which by the way is pretty good insurance. But once I got my exam I was told I had to pay $66 because my insurance only covered there eye exam. Im thinking I just got my eye exam so I was confused. Come to find out that the there actual eye exam is medicated eye drops! I never had these eye drops before and I couldnt see well the entire day! The other exam in which Ive always know to be the actual eye exam is called a contact eye exam! There "contact eye exam" is the typical eye exam which my insurance covers in dozens of other eye doctor facilities but not here which I should have been told in the first place. I should have known something was up when the person I spoke to about scheduling my appointment told me it was ok to just wear my contacts the day of my exam! This incident occurred a few weeks ago and Ive been busy sense then but I will be contacting the BBB, NICB, and my insurance company.

Chester County Opticians - West Goshen - Mark von Hacht - the BEST. I cant say enough as to how wonderful Mark is. He exemplifies superior customer service and professionalism along with being funny and down to earth. I cant count the number of times Ive needed my glasses tightened, re-bent into shape after stepping on them, you name it. Mark always takes care of me with a smile. Ive been a patient here for many years... Id never go anywhere else. Thanks Mark and thanks to a great staff! You guys ROCK!!
