This Kroger needs to have a better selection of meat and fruits and vegetables. The meat is starting to look better but theres barely good sales and not a huge selection... It maybe do unavailable space. And the meat looks old sometimes, like grey and or At least when you bring it home it goes bad very quick. The fruits always have fruit flies and flies around them all them time. The people of Covington deserve a better looking and bigger Kroger. People should not have to go out to the Kroger in Newport and or in Latonia to do their shopping. People around here dont have good working card and alot of us walk or take the bus and are forced with this only option near by. Alot of the products at the other Kroger stores are not available at this one. Its definI felt updated alot but still there needs to be more options and possibly a bigger store.

One of the worst...hardly any healthy options. Organic produce is limited. Organic everything else is almost non-existent. Not one bread option that doesnt contain soybean or vegetable oil. Same for condiments. I only shop here if Im really desperate. Selection is dismal. I know many folks who refer to this location as ghetto Krogers because of the poor product selection and the plethora of cigarette smokers outside the front door.

Not what it used to be. I enjoyed coming here in the 1980s, but now its like going to Aleppo. Its the only store Ive ever been to where an armed cop was the security. That should tell you how bad the neighborhood is. Always keep your car doors locked, and make sure your kids are at your side while you shop. Too many crazies running around.

Gotta go 5 stars for my local K. This place has upped its game since the renovations. Doesnt have the biggest selection but its easy in and out. Great managers special selection. Gets crowded at the beginning of the month. You will grow old waiting at the deli counter. They have a number counter, but no one uses it.

I hate this (particular Kroger) place more than ANY Wal-Mart. Cashiers are yelling across several registers tho just have conversation. Getting cigarettes seems like a hassle. Even the staff will tell you how much of a pain this place is and, I dont EVEN want to get started on the clientele that come in.

I live right down the street and dont go here. This Kroger is dirty. I understand when stores are in certain locations this is bound to happen, but Kroger usually seems to be impervious to this. I would love it if this place wasnt such a displeasure to go to because it is so very close to me.

Worst Kroger Im the Tri state area they recently remodeled the store and pulled a lot of products out of there inventory not to mention the people who work there are rude I actually live very close to it and go out of my way to shop at other Krogers in the area

Small but I found everything I was looking for. Plenty of handicapped parking too. However, meat prices were higher here, in a depressed neighborhood, than the other stores Ive been to in the last week, Ft. Wright and Newport. Milk was just as cheap.

I hate this Kroger. I love the company but covington really got to this place. Small dirty and packed. Always a cop present. Offered dope in the park in the parking lot every time I stop there. People literally sit out side asking for cigarettes...

This is where my lovely wife works, The store is great , however its in a ruff neighborhood. So you should be aware of the types of customers. Its every day someone overdosing,or caught shoplifting. So use care when entering lot & store....

This store used to be really dirty and it had a bad smell. But since they did the upgrades the store is brighter, cleaner and smells so much better. The only complaint I have is of the people who work at the service desk are very rude.

For its location Kroger has left this one to run its course and the poor old horse cant gallop any further. The city is trying to reignite itself all al around and this old 80s developed store needs to be updated!

I absolutely love this Krogers location. Has everything I could possibly need, reasonable prices (with Kroger card) and competitive gas prices. Always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly associates as well.

They have no vegan/organic section. Therea a little case with vegan butter, tofu, a few veggie meats, amd go veggie cheese. I couldnt even find vegam ice cream. Even walmart has that.

I do not care for this Kroger, the staff is rude and the food selection is terrible. So I would recommend driving the few extra miles to Latonia Kroger or Newport Kroger.

I have had good and bad experiences here. Namely, i was sprayed by a woman with air freshener one day. The offending employee was fired, though.
