I found Black Diamond Auto Sales through yelp while looking to pickup my first car here in Sacramento area. I had never worked with a car dealer before and was a little hesitant go that route but I couldnt have made a better decision. Nathan was the plug every step of the way! Super personable and attentive. He responded to texts, calls and emails at all hours and any day of the week. Due to my work schedule I was never able to meet him or view vehicles before my purchase, so I was putting a lot in his hands. He got me into a 2008 Mercedes S550 for pennies on the dollar to what the dealership was offering. No games, no gimmicks and at the end of it all, he had the car delivered to my apartment with all the paperwork already taken care of. My girlfriend will be coming to see these guys. I will be referring all my people to Black Diamond Auto in the future. Im the most skeptical person when it comes to deals that seem too good to be true, but I can assure anyone still on the fence that these guys are just really really good at their job!

I was skeptical at first because all the deals they put on their website seemed too good to be true but it is actually real. I contacted through their website first and Nathan was the one who responded to my request. I told him what I was looking for and he replied with a list of cars that were within my budget. After I decided which car I wanted, he emailed me what I needed to submit. I sent them over and very next day, I had a car in my garage with the best deal ever. (I shopped around a little but I think no other places could ever give you this kind of deal.) It literally took only 2 days. I have a newborn at home and couldnt go over to his office so we only communicated through text messages, emails and a few phone calls. His response is very quick, he is attentive and very polite and never wastes your time. Ill definitely go back to them whenever I need a car.

The vehicle had several issues. Management attempted to pressure me and challenge me about the things found during inspection. They apparently had reset a code on the vehicle to cover-up needed repairs or parts replacement and even attempted to challenge the place that performed the Inspection before partially admitting an issue. The Manager agreed to refund my deposit after much discussion. I would NOT trust them.

Visited at least 20 different dealerships today to find my daughters FIRST car. Only came back to this place because of Jacob. He made a list of cars for me that was within my price range while I left to pick up my daughter. Long story short, met Nathan and Sam too and had a pleasant experience with all 3. I am so happy I came here and would definitely recommend anyone to come here for a vehicle purchase.

Rude. Wanted to test drive the car before talking business, kept insisting I tell them how much down I was paying. Said they didnt want to waste their time, and that their manager wouldnt have let me drive it. Walked away.
