Purchase a 2004 Yukon from them last February, when we got home we noticed that the reverse lights DID NOT WORK, so we called ( multiple times ) and finally had to go in to the dealership where we were told tough luck!! After fighting with them they said they would set up an appointment to have them repaired..guess what NEVER CALLED and WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS!! Not to mention that they never put a SPARE TIRE IN THE CAR like they are supposed to do and when our tags came they LOST the MONTH sticker and told us " you have to go get one at DMV" WTF did i Spend 16K on a car for ?????? I would NOT recommend this place at all they are half way put together and sell cars that have dash warning lights on LITERALLY 1 day after leaving the lot!!! update- so the day after posting this Steve called me.. He wanted to make it right ! I was so thrilled that Quality Auto finally got someone in there to run the place that is actually a stand up guy. I went in a couple weeks later and he installed my spare tire and fixed the issue with the reverse lights. It was unfortunate that it took so long but what a relief knowing that someone who cares is working there now and that my car is taken care of now! Thank you Steve!

Tried to buy a car from these guys. Couldnt test drive anything I liked. First 3 cars would not even start. Then the one that did was burried 8 cars deep on their showroom floor. When it was time to see how they could finance me, I was told my credit and down payment were not good enough to qualify for a $14,000 car. The "salesman" gave me no options for in house, and showed almost no interest in helping to figure it out, as he just continued to return to his glass office and sit at a desk. Now, my credit score is low because I have never financed a car, or anything else in my life, but I was pretty sure that he was full of crap and I left. I went straight to Roseville Hyundai where they financed me for a brand new Elantra (which was $16,000), with the same down payment. They were able to keep my monthly payments exactly where I wanted them to be, and even included their best warranty, plus roadside assistance, both for 10 years. There was no mention of me not being qualified for financing. Quality auto sales is a joke and I look forward to driving past their vacant lot after their flooring company repossess all of their vehicles in the near future....

Bought my first car from this lot! I was very hesitant at buying a used car from Craigslist because the fear of it not being reliable and eventually breaking down. Quality Auto Sales sold me a beautiful car at an affordable price! But when i brought it home it began shutting off. Although I had no warranty on my car George (the main man in charge) was extra helpful toward me. He allowed me to bring my car back and forth to his lot multiple times until he found the problem that kept shutting my car off. He even gave me a loner car when i had to leave mines with him. Eventually he did and I had to pay to get it fixed. George paid half the amount charged toward fixing my car and i paid the other half. I didnt have the money to pay for my car to get it fixed right away so George let me pay him half of my portion and waited months later for me to pay him the other portion without hounding me down for the money. I really enjoyed my experience here and would recommend to anyone in search of a new car, to come check out his lot! Very great customer service.

We recently went to Quality Auto Sales looking for a family car, they have a wide variety of cars at reasonable prices and we were able to find just what we were looking for. The people there are really nice and treat you well and with respect, they let you look around without bothering you. They explain everything you may have questions about, which we appreciated a lot. The sales guys that were helping us with the process made us fell really comfortable and were really really nice with us. Being first time buyers with no credit we thought that it was going to be difficult to be able get accepted to buy a car at a good price, but we were actually impressed at how easy it was and at the price that we got our car. They understood our need and tried to accommodate everything they could to make it possible for us to get the car we wanted... They even gave us gas money for our New Car !!! :) I highly recommend this place

These guys will give you their personal number and tell you to call or text them anytime and they really are there for you. Unlike these other places ecspecially the big Dealers your just another number & they say whatever to get you to buy. At Quality Auto Sales they truly care and work for you! Theyll get you the best interest rates, Warranties, price, the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE! And they are there for you after the sale! I wouldnt go any where else PERIOD!

Michael was absolutely AWESOME! I have had some trouble with my credit lately and wasnt sure I was going to be approved by anyone. Michael called me back and told me he was able to work out a deal for me with a finance company. I knew it was going to be hard based on my situation but he was able to make it happen. I had read all the reviews here and was happy that I found a dealer that I believed was going to take care of me as a person. There was never any pressure to buy and they took their time with me. Im so glad I came her and I urge anyone reading this to come here too. You wont be disappointed.

This guys are amazing!!! After I tried other dealerships I was about to give up but I decided to give it another try with Quality Auto Sales and let me tell you They really are the best! Everyone kept wanting to give me 23.99% APR Quality Auto Sales was great Luis was great Steve told me not to worry ill get you the best deal and he did at 8.99% through a bank! Top notch service excellent csrs and i got s warranty. Whem Steve says he has comnections its true! I told another dealer what they got me and he said THATS IMPOSIBLE. STEVE SAVED ME $8,000 AND EVERYONE WAS SUPER, PROFESIONAL, AND WENT OVER AND BEYOND FOR ME, YOU HAVE TO COME HERE TRUST ME!
