Contacted this dealership about a car that they had listed on craigslist. I asked whether the car needed any work, or if it was ready to go, and the man I spoke with said that it was ready to go. I asked about taking it for a test drive and having it checked out at a local garage, and was told that the lot closes at six, so there wasnt time that day, but that they would be open from 9:30 am to 6 pm the following day. Stopped by mid-afternoon the following day, and was taken to the back of the lot, the service area, where they had the car. Tried to start it up, and nothing happened. The guy who had greeted me and walked me back said that it was probably just a dead battery, which was why it was back in the service area. When I replied that I had been hoping to test drive it and have it checked out at a local garage that day, he then explained that they didnt allow buyers to take cars off of the lot for third-party inspections. I could have a mechanic come to the lot to check it out, but couldnt take it to their shop. And no, they didnt have anyone available who could take it there with me, so that wasnt an option. I asked whether the car came with any kind of warranty, and he gave me a sales pitch on their available third-party extended warranties. When I asked, he confirmed that, yes, those warranties did only apply after a certain waiting period had passed after the sale. Which is pretty standard; the companies that offer those warranties arent in the business of paying for repairs to cars that fall apart soon after theyre driven off the lot. And when I asked about a conditional sale, that could be cancelled at my option within, say, a week or two, giving me a chance to have it checked out after I buy it, he offered to sell me, for $250, an option to return the car within 48 hours, if I had put less than 250 miles on it. I told him that I wasnt interested in buying the car on those terms. I brought up my phone call, and the man said that he wasnt sure who I had spoken with, but that he usually answers the phone. In any case, even allowing for possible misunderstanding, he at least fudged a little, if not lied outright, about the condition of the vehicle and the terms of sale. He did seem nice, and was very polite and courteous, but even so, I wont be doing business with his dealership, and would recommend that you use caution if youre going to do so, and make sure that you know cars really well, or you bring someone who does.

I waited to buy a car in that place for like 3 hours singing papers here and there in between other people. I told them that i lived out of town found the car on craigs list and was a great price for the car Ive always wanted to get. I test drove the car and didnt notice and thing until i returned to the lot and there was a clunk when i turned left. Asked the guy if he noticed and thing about the car and he said no it fine. My first car buy so stupid me didnt question the guy. luckily my brother work at a school (yotech) and got it looked at for free. left front brakes were lose, not put on right and missing a bolt.he said it looked like some one took a hammer to the things. the bolts were not even on all the way on the left tire and we could have crashed on our 200 mile drive home that night. leak in the 4 wheal drive feuded need a transmission and radiator flush and oil change, new belts and breaks. Not to mention he told me the APR was 13% and on my in house lone papers work it was 23%. that was the only thing we didnt go over on my paper work. again my first car bye. That was the last straw and i got a new lone, saved almost 1000 in interest with my new loan at 7% with a local credit union and got most for the repairs done for free labor so in the end I payed 6000 for a SUV worth 9000. Still has a few corks but less than my 1996 car. But there service sucks and they lie, shity cars and employs. if you buy there bring a mechanic with you. I was just lucky nothing major has gone out in my car.

Its been four months since I paid off my car and I still have not received a title. I called the DMV and was told that the initial title paperwork was filled out incorrectly, and that I needed to have Banner Auto re-submit the paperwork. I did that, and I still do not have my title. I no longer live in California, and they are making this process extremely difficult for no reason. I just called again this morning, and now Luigi, or whatever the hell his name is, that he will mail out my title today...he tried to say he needed an address verification after I gave it to him THREE TIMES PRIOR. Right now, I am awaiting a call back from the DMV to see if the paperwork was even submitted for the correction. I have never went through this much trouble getting a title. Dont come here for a vehicle, the staff is completely incompetent!

I made one of the worst decision of my life going to this place to buy a car. They sold me a car that had low miles and a clean title, sounds good right? WRONG. Ever since I owned the car I have had nothing but problems with it. The Russian guy that sold me this car is a liar and a criminal. He told me all the parts in the car were stock, they were not, they were aftermarket parts, soon after I bought it I had problem after problem even though I barely drove the car. They also rigged the check engine light so it doesnt turn on. I put so much money in this car you would probably laugh at how dumb I was for buying it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
