Wow! Im so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism I was treated with! I came in very indecisive and unsure of which type of vehicle would serve the needs of my family. Ben was so incredibly helpful and knowledgable about every question I had. He was able to help me with all of my decision factors: gas mileage, reliability, safety ratings, luxury features, etc! My car buying experience spanned over a couple week period, because It usually takes me a long time to commit to a big decision. Every single time I came in or called Ben I was treated with patience and respect. He never once made me feel pressured, and he never made me feel bad about all the work he put in for me even though I repeatedly left without making a purchase. Eventually he got me approved for a beautiful minivan, and I could not be happier! Its soooo perfect for my family! The entire staff at 7 star auto were so nice to my kids too. As a matter of fact, Im pretty sure my i will purchase my next car from Ben and i will refer all my family to 7 star auto as well, Very friendly and reasonable pricing. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend going to see ben at 7 star auto! You will be in great hands!!!

Shout out to Brian at 7star auto. I came in a little over a week ago to look at car he had for sale and im glad i did. The whole experience from start to finish was hassle free and laid back. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable on the cars he had in stock. He got me approved for one of my dream cars (06 trailblazer ss) with decent monthly payments for a first time car buyer with ok credit and no co-signer. I was able to put down payment,sign paperwork and leave with my new car the same day. I forgot to mention he was the only dealership in Sacramento with the car i was set on getting. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody on the market for a new car. I would rate it 10 stars but Google only allows 5 star. I hope this review is helpfull to anybody thinking about stopping in and looking for a car to buy.

Working with 7 Star Auto has to be one of the best things thats happened for me while looking for a car. I had trouble getting approved with other dealerships when I came across 7 Star Auto. I had the pleasure of working with Brian who was more then helpful. He worked with me on my down payment and made sure I had the right vehicle that would work best for me. I wasnt looking for anything fancy and still ended up with a 2011 corolla that would have been out of my budget anywhere else. A month has came and gone and I still love my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free deal. Brian is definitely the way to go I am a very satisfied customer :)

I went to this Carlot today I drove all the way from Oakland today to purchase a 05 infinity truck I was going to put 3000 down but I only had 2000 so as I give him the 2000 I go out to answer my phone I come back the guy says I gave him 1500 hundred dollars Im like wow I just gave u 2000 which I actually counted before I came in so I ask him to show me the video he said he couldnt pull it up but soon as the police came the police said that he couldnt see the whole desk so I had to drive all the way back to Oakland without my 500 dollars so if u go to this Carlot be careful doing business with these guys they are very shady not gd business.
