If youre looking for real realiable used car , id say you find the right spot .John knows what hes talking about and he never goes around the point just to make a sale like any other dealers. Im a mechanic myself , and my experience with John is such undescribable. My girlfriend and I drove all the way from Seattle to check out his Subaru WRX ( stick shif - as Ive been looking for this model and seems like no where else carried the one I wanted), it was so unfortunate that the car has a little problem with the front hub, so even I insisted John that its not a big deal that i could handle it myself ( I really wanted to get this car), John wouldnt sell it for the reason that he didnt want to jeopardy his reputation. He was so nice to offer us half the what we paid for the night over in Sacramento with his promise that he would fix the problem within a day and wouldnt change the price as it was. So we got this car the next morning . The price was fair , and the car was in perfect condition . But its not about the car , but the service of Sierra autosales made us feel fully respected and trusted. Id totally recommend John for anyone whos looking for used cars with in their budget that goes along with top-notch service.

I purchased a car from Sierra Autos about 3 months ago. Wanted to wait some time before I wrote a review about this used car delearship. This is my second car that I have bought in my entire life and I have to say that I had a fantastic experience. John, the salesman who helped me did an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns. The process was very smooth, transparent and quick. I guess the biggest concern that I had was whether the car would be reliable or not. However, in these last 3 months I would say thankfully I have not experienced any problems. My new Infiniti g35 is treating me well. Thank you John & I highly recommend this place to anyone in the market looking for an update in their life.

One of the dealers in this group, sold me a car. They showed me the wrong Kelley Blue Book for the car. They made me feel like I was getting such a good deal. Also they took fuses out so the warning indicator lights wouldnt show. Everything I asked about (i.e. oil leaks, rotating the tires, etc.) they said they just had it done or they just out right lied about it. Buyer Beware! No one ever told me AS IS means they can get away with lying to you to get you to buy the car. And I will not say which one of the dealers in this group of stealers that are the ones who did this to me. Because guilty by association! Thank you for time. Theresa Hammons

Its hard to find a used car salesman that is honest and a genuinely good guy, but those things are definitely true of John at Sierra Auto Sales. He works hard to provide a good car, deal, and experience for his customers. He would never intentionally sell a bad vehicle to someone and sends all of his cars through inspections and fixes found problems before putting them on the lot. Overall had a fantastic experience and wish John good luck in the future!

Buying a used car can be troublesome at times, however John, the sales rep who helped me, made buying a used car simple and stress free. All the cars he sells are looked over by a professional mechanic before he puts them up for sale, and so far my car has been running perfectly. My family has purchased two cars from sierra autos and so far we have had an amazing experience. John is the main man to speak to. Hes very polite, honest and sincere. He got straight to the point. I have to say John did a fantastic job breaking down the specs of each car. Moreover, the quote he gave us was precise and out the door. Unlike any other salesmen there were no hidden fees!

SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY. 2 minutes after driving the car off the lot, check engine light turned on. The car needs a new catalytic converter. Craigslist ad was disguised as a private party sale. Salesman also tried to pocket an extra $100 from me that was nowhere on the contract.
