Buyers be aware. This firm takes advantage of first time car buyers. My sales rep was Stephen and when I test drove my car I noticed it had a lot of scratch marks, the hubcaps were bad, the back tail light was cracked, and the car wasnt even detailed inside. After bringing it up to the salemans attention he gave me a form that says " we owe you " technically what that meant was that they will give my car a " touch up paint job, and buff it. They do this every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everytime I would go there or even call them they would claim that they have too many cars in already, and they claim its all CUSTOMERS cars!!! They ought to be kidding me because they are for a fact not making 8-12 sales a day where they are getting that many customers in for a touch up job on their car, and if this was the case then why cant hertz just make sure the car is fully certified like they claim to save them all the trouble and headache?? When they took my car in they didnt want to detail my car, or even do anything about my hubcaps. These sales reps are all about making their commission. They are money minded, and dont care much for their customers. As a first time car buyer I can say that I was ripped off because they didnt even bother dropping the price and made a lot of false promises to me that they later denied. I will never do business with Hertz ever again. They ran my credit many times and told me that it wont hurt my credit, and when I checked my credit it had so many inquiries that hertz made on my behalf. I honestly hate liars, and hope justice will be served soon.

I loved the car I purchased from them! The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. The individual who handled my purchase at hertz was a nice person; however, he seemed unknowable about the car buying process and would constantly get upset and freak out. At multiple points I had to put him on the phone with my contact at the CU I was using to take out an auto loan because he didnt know what was going on. When we was looking for help or advice from his manager, they would start arguing. It made the car buying process extremely stressful because for the hours we would spend in the office, a good portion was them fighting. A couple months later I received my registration in the mail without the updated tags. The first time I called hertz and explained the situation they pretty much told me that they were not supposed to send me tags that matched my registration. The second time they told me that they probably misplaced them and would call me back. Never heard back. The third time they told me that they would look for them and call me back that same day. Never called back. By the fourth call I gave up and figured I would just bring it up with the DMV. Thankfully, I received my tags in the mail a week later.

I went to this lot twice, the first time the salesman Valentine was exceptionally aggressive, trying to get me to buy one of the two cars I test drove on the spot, no money down, even though I had money saved but I didnt have a check with me, due to the fact that I had just started looking and didnt want to get pushed into the first car I might like. I came back to drive another car a week later and Valentine was there again and began to interrogate me about if I was going to buy that day and if I had checks on me before he agreed to let me drive the car. We went on the shortest test drive I have ever been on and then he just left me on the lot without a word, and when I went to ask another salesman about another car they told me I should come back when I was more serious about buying a car. I bought a car the next day from a dealer in my town, the Yuba City Nissan, they were very nice, accommodating and thankfully they were nothing like the people at the Sacramento Hertz.

It was a great pleasure to walk away from this lot. It seems inevitable, when looking to purchase a vehicle, to run into a sleazy salesman at some point. If thats what youre looking for then Hertz Car sales Sacramento is for you. Want to spend an inordinate amount of time on the lot with no help? Come on down. Want to be abandoned by your salesman because hes off and cant be bothered to get anyone else? We got you covered. Want to talk to the manager and get told to f*** off because youre not making a $12000 decision on the spot? All this and more can be yours at this lot. Extra features include dodging questions, lying, cluelessNess. Led by a pompous manager who thinks hes king of the bungalow. The man uses the excuse that they mostly sell to dealers as a reason for their awful service. Funny that Hertz car sales Roseville doesnt have nearly the same problems.

I hadnt bought a car in quite a few years. I talked to a couple of dealerships and knew when to walk away. I saw a Mazda I wanted online and Valentin Albu greeted me after I looked around the lot a bit. I cant say enough about this dealership and especially Valentin. They were a no pressure kind of place and I got exactly what I came to get. It was a true pleasure purchasing a used car from Hertz Car Sales. I dont care what anyone else says, I look for people like this to do business with. I watched and listened to the other salesman helping others and I was impressed. Thanks for making a purchase of a car a pleasant experience for a change. I recommend this place and go ask for Valentin Albu.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE !! Trust me all the cars that they have in stock have scratches on them, have scuffs, dirty, and scratches on the paint. I walked around for literally 1 hour and nobody wanted to help me. I finally go up to the sales guy and I said, " is there anyone here that can help me ?" And the guy said "probably not". Horrible customer service and all the cars there are not in good shape at all. Since they are rental cars you do not know whether they are reliable or actually in good condition. I drove 1 hour away just to get turned down by there employees ! Buy at your own risk

I had a great experience with this lot, the staff was so nice, Val help me with everything with me being a first time buyer he also stayed later just so I could pick up the car because I got off work late.I was scared I wasnt able get approved for financing but some how so Way I did, so thankful for these guys and what they do, I walked away with 2016 Nissan Versa note and I couldnt be more happier. I recommend this place to anyone,

I bought a new 2014 car there, first the manager is rude and when i got all my paperwork with no enverop, i ask for envelop he say they dont provide any after 2month my key would hardly work, i went there, the manager was like " we sold you the key it was working" still paying 315per month, please buy car ther at you own risk. Very poor customers service. Manager Fernado.
