To whom it may concern: REF: Walmart Florida City Store # 2727 (I bought a 60"TV and found a 50" inside) On May 1st 2015 night I purchased a 60" Element LED HDTV 60" TV. The box looked a little miss handled with some signs of wear and strap was shifted but at the moment it meant nothing. I was rushing to go install this TV for the big Mayweather and Paquiao fight the following day. Me and my dad were very exited as we never owned a large TV before. This TV was the top box first and easiest to access out of a bundle on the floor four or five on the bottom and one on top. We got got home my dad and I and started to open the box and clean the family room to install the TV. As I opened the box I noticed the box opened very easy and the TV looked smaller than the floor models. I made a joke to my dad and said they probably have a larger floor models and the real size is small. I said we should have bought a 70". Out of curiosity I grabbed a measuring tape and started to measure the TV and it was a 50" TV not a 60" TV. I felt instantly cheated, angry and very disappointed. My dad and I immediately took the TV back and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager that attended us I will refer to as Mrs Carmel. Mrs Carmel immediately after hearing the story was in disbelieve and said she could not help me that I had to come in the morning when customer service was open. We refused to leave and finally she looked in the box, she said it was a big decision and she could not tell what size the TV was. We went back and forth and she called two police officers which escorted us out and said to come back the next morning to resolve the issue. We arrived the next morning May 2 and we were welcomed by a customer service assistant who contacted an assistant manager whos name was Alex and he called his higher up who I will refer to as Mr. Ruis. After hearing my story Mr. Ruiz explained since it was the wrong item in the box he could not return or refund. Mr. Ruis said this was a manufacturer issue and he did not have the authority to make a decision. I called the manufacturer and they tried to assist me but explained that the Walmart manager was responsible for making a decision. I went back to Mr. Ruiz and he got on the phone with the manufacturer representative, he asked if she was going to give him a credit if he took the TV and she did not agree. Once again he said it was not his responsibility. In the mean time I overheard in the background conversations that the TV inside the box was from Target. At this point I was not leaving without a solid answer Mr. Ruis called an officer to supervise the situation, I was not there to cause any trouble the officer allowed me to make some more calls. I called the Walmart customer service hotline and the operator after hearing my story said that all issues are handled at the Walmart and said she will email Mr. Ruis to investigate further and he should get back to me withing 3 days. I was running out of patients and with a low serene approach I confronted Mr. Ruis and asked to be honest and tell me if he could make a decision or not. He confessed and said yes so I replied what is your decision. Mr. Ruiz answered my decision is I cant do anything. I was in shock, disbelieve and left the store feeling hopeless of any justice and any rights as a consumer. I wondered how many people this has happened to and what if it had happen to someone who did not know better or a less fortunate person. I felt like I was David and Walmart was Goliath. I ended up buying a TV from BEST BUY which I thoroughly inspected and was able to watch the fight with family and friends. Im here telling my story to clear my name, to demand respect, an apology, justice and my money. Attached: Relevant documentation, Pictures, receipt, and stories of others like me. Sincerely, Lenuam Garcia

Man bekommt z. B. für recht wenig Geld viel Nahrung.

Average amount of customers (compared to other Walmarts) during my visit to buy 3 memory cards for camera. There were four employees that were in area of where memory cards are sold near photo printing checkout register. Was forth person in line but when it was persons turn in front of me all but one employee left area leaving one who was helping the same customer entire time with printing. Person in front & i left after few minutes to checkout in front. Long lines & minium staffing. Nobody available at self checkout to remove security device on memory cards so used the "20 or less" line. Four customers in line all with full carts, well over 40-60+ items, with two of us with under 5 items. Found some Walmarts that do have customers leave the express checkout lines if they clearly have more items than stated on sign... this store doesnt. Noticed there were many customers in other lines with under 10 items & they didnt choose "20 items or less" line. Theres no difference in wait or advantage to using express when the sign is being ignored by customers AND employees. Compared to other Walmarts this store didnt appear as clean as most. Dust on shelves near checkout lines (had plenty of time to notice while waiting), floors didnt have the usual polish/shine of other Walmarts, & some employees seemed indifferent to some customers. During visit it was difficult not to see that they have a large security presence at this store both outside & inside. Vehicle security patrol in parking areas plus numerous security inside with most near checkouts & main doors.

Where to start. The costumer service is extremely bad. Im not from the area. Went in looking for a item I normally dont buy. There was 2 workers walking down the Isle so I asked them where I could find it. With a attitude they pointed in a general area and said if we have it out would be over there. They took off walking. Still not knowing where it was I was irratated. I spent a long time looking for it. Then I couldnt find another item do I asked another person that works for walmart. Same attitude and a finger to a area. I went and checked out. I didnt realize my husband forgot to tell the credit card company we was traveling so my card was declined. How embarrassing. But my other card worked . The cashier then snapped at me when my first card was declined. So I get out to the car and my husband looks in the bag and one of the items I got had someones name written on it with a big permanent marker and the item was all scuffed up badly. I didnt notice in the store because I was so annoyed with the customer service. So I took the $45 item back in to exchange for a new item. I had to wait in the coustmer service line for 10 minutes. When I got to the front I went to explain what was wrong with the item and the guy rudely cuts me off and says I see that. He never greeted me, spoke to me or apologized for my inconvenience. He was a jerk. This store is the worst walmart I have ever seen in my life. Walmart needs to fix this store! Train your employees on customer service,or get new employees!
