extremely disappointing experience at this location and ultimate with this company. After 10 years of having a sterns and foster Mattress my wife and I decided to purchase a new bedroom set. We ended up going to this location to take advantage of the free kindle offer that they were offering only to find out that the voucher codes do not work. After speaking with the company customer service department no solution was given and I am left disappointed and deceived. This is not how long term relationships in business are made or maintained. Look elsewhere, this company does not stand behind its vendor offers or customers.

Buyer Beware! They do not honor their guarantees and are unprofessional. I brought in an ad for a price match on my phone on Tuesday and was informed today they will not honor because it is not within a 50 mile radius of their store, even though I can get the couch delivered right to my door for $400 less than I paid them. You can see why they are pulling every trick in the book to not honor their price match promise. It is not stated anywhere that online retailers should be local. I looked on my receipt and the website. I will be fighting this and encourage everyone to stay away from this store.

Steinhafels have quality furniture. The furniture last for year. We just purchased a bedroom set and it feels like Im in heaven when I go to sleep at night. Steinhafels provides the best warranties on all the furniture purchased at the store. I dont know about you but it feels great to know your furniture will last for years. Oh I forgot the delivery process went very smoothly the staff was very courteous. Thanks!

They have a good selection of furniture, if you want a certain selection, you have to pay more. Delivery is not free
