the worst customer service ever dont ever trust these people they lie lie lie. they sold me a 3 piece fabric and leather sectional with a over size recliner and a nice 5 year warranty. I spent over $1800.00 dollars plus $300.00 for delivery. was promised that no matter what happens to the furniture I would get it fixed nothing but a lie. they will only offer a replacement but when they discontinue your set you are screwed. they wont give you money back or fix it the techs are incompetent. The store doesnt care either you have to come to the store and get a different recliner even though it doesnt match. then after looking around not finding anything the salesman says the warranty company pure promise will cut you a check less the year I had it and take the chair back not true neither will work to make me a happy customer. I bought furniture at Ashley not to long ago was the best experience. I will never go back to value city they are rude and dont care about customers same with pure promise warranty the name alone is a lie. and their delivery drivers are ignorant pricks to pay $300.00 for delivery you expect to have it brought in to your house not dumped in your garage. good bye you lost a customer of 18 years. I wish I could give you negative 5 stars.

The salesman was extremely helpful but the delivery guys were rude, in a hurry and left us a mess. They delivered a MottoSleep Bed, basically threw it together and insisted on a quick signature so they could leave. There were things not hooked up or working and the one delivery guy kept saying that he didnt know why things werent working and to schedule a service call - This is a Brand New Bed!!! The legs were not put on properly, things were either not plugged in or plugged in incorrectly, and the brackets to hold it together were never attached. Needless to say, it is now 6 hours later and my husband and I are trying to correct everything that these delivery guys should have taken care of so we can go to bed. I would highly recommend not have anything delivered and put together - it will be a disaster!

I never write reviews. However, the most recent unsatisfactory service, from this location, deserves one! Ive shopped at VCF since I first went away to college, back in 2006. Ive never had any issues, until my sons bed broke in half; just recently. The first time the delivery driver came to fix the bed, he broke the parts before getting them into the house. The second time, the wrong part was delivered. The third time, parts were missing! Every single time Ive requested to speak to a manager and the rep refuses to transfer me. I even let her know EXACTLY what was needed, and still the wrong parts were sent. Its been a month and Im still waiting for my sons bed to be fixed!

They called me threatened to pick up my furniture when I was telling them my car got broke in. I was waiting on a card,and then never came to get it.. Just kept leaving messages.. After 1 wk,the damn couch fell in.. Now,they havent bothered..Im waiting for this to go on my credit.. Cause,im going to contact better business bureau.. Soon..

Do not buy furniture at this location! I purchased a sectional and a mattress for the holidays. The sectional cushions went flat within six weeks and the mattress was squeaky and falling apart. I called the manager who offered us store credit. I asked for a refund. Why buy another pieces of garbage furniture!
