I am a university professor and teach classes such as: Integrated Marketing Communications, Organizational Behavior for Managers as well as other classes. I shared with Eddie and would like others to know that he was literally the DEFINITION of a "PROFESSIONAL!" He was attentive and could articulate and interpret what I desired to but. Moreover, Eddie was EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL and a PHENOMENAL LISTENER. In my profession, I must "APPLAUD" Eddies PROFESSIONALISM which are ATTRIBUTES of a "LEADER!" My parents tried many mattresses out and settled on this model made entirely from a special kind of real latex. My father has a bad back, and with the patience and guidance of the sales girl, Jeanie Smith, they found the right one and now it supports his back much better. Jeanie also showed them some reclining chairs that they also bought. They are not in yet, but they ordered them with a firm cushion to support them better. High quality furniture and no pressure. I wish we had found this store sooner.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Renee Beckley at the Downers Grove store. It was great to be educated and not pressured on a large purchase. We met her on Saturday, visted roughly 6 other stores after Penny Mustard and came back on Sunday to purchase our couch, loveseat, cleopatra and recliner. Could we have bought this cheaper at another store, 100%. I highly recommend Renee to help you with your next purchase, large or small.
