5 star service for the staff at the Lombard store. We have purchased several pieces from case goods to accent chairs there, but recently, they went over and above to help me with a problem that turned out to not be a problem at all. The Ziana convertible sofa back brace piece had holes oriented to different angles on the insert ends. We loved the futon, but worried it was machined wrong. The sales rep ordered a replacement piece, the warehouse mgr compared the new piece to the floor sample piece he disassembled, and a rep in our area offered to carry the replacement brace over to our house, if needed. However, the warehouse mgr also told us that the one side is the same on all the braces, that one side is a set screw. The printed instructions never mentioned any of that. Problem solved. I wasted everyones time, but they treated it as a very important issue. I plan to return to Dania Lombard for future furniture needs - love the clean lines of the Scandinavian style and the quality of Dania. Had no problems, real or imagined, with any piece we have received.

There never seem to be any cars in the lot so one day I decided to pop in and see what they had to offer. As expected from the name, Danish contemporary, clean lines. Some items that were outside this description stand out because of it. Beautiful furniture if you can afford it. I kind of wish I had bought more than one lamp (one for home and one for the office as well). Low pressure staff. The person at the register took down my name wrong and I can tell you they havent sold my name/address as Ive not gotten any mail with that name on it other than the occasional item they send.

We cannot pick up a table we just bought. I see it, I own it, they are keeping it hostage. I rented a truck and 2 guys. Why? Only on certain days?!!!! I hate this place. My client wasted so much time and money and we see our floor model table but they refuse to let us take it. Painfully terrible.

I needed a small sofa and wasnt too picky about it. Found one that met my needs and had it paid for in a snap thanks to quick and no pressure sales staff. Loading it in my truck was just as easy - really nice crew working the dock helped load it up in mere seconds.

The worst customer service!!! I order leather sofa from them waited 25 weeks instead of 16. They never called me about the delay. Then on top of everything there was a problem with the delivery. This is the worst store ever!!! Never again will I buy it from them!!!!
