This place is incredible. We went to several stores in the area and could not find something that we liked for a reasonable price. Not to mention the overly sales driven atmosphere of most furniture shops. When we arrived at Burress, it was smaller than other stores but that is because they customize a lot. The customer service is unlike anything Ive experienced before. We were greeted by Eddie the general manager and he was fantastic. We then sat down with Cindy and her interior design knowledge was impeccable. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and we wanted a statement piece for our dining room. We bought a table with 2 leaves and 6 chairs. We were able to choose our wood, grain, stain finish, fabric for the chairs, and just really customized a one of a kind dining room set. It did take a bit to receive our product which we expected since we customized versus buying something off of a shelf. When we received our table we were blown away. The finish was better than what we expected. The chairs were incredible. The legs on the table are a huge statement piece. The customer service from the delivery team was amazing. They really gave us great tips on how to care for our new furniture. Well be coming back and recommending to all of our friends and family.

Showroom staff is amazing. We did have a problem with the construction of our dining room table that was discovered during delivery/set-up. This was the builders fault, not Burresss, but Burress went way beyond what any "big box" store would do to make it right, including the store manger personally coming out to our house when the corrected table was being delivered to ensure that everything was perfect. Even though it was disappointing and inconvenient to have to wait an additional few weeks for the finished product, it was well worth the wait! We will continue to shop at Burress for their excellent quality, sales staff, management, and customer service!
