Bought a bedroom set for what is now our three year old. Had two issues; the first being an improperly finished section of the dresser along with slightly misaligned drawers and the second was incomplete hardware for the convertible portion of the bed. In both instances, the issues were rectified within 24 hrs of notifying the company. While I expect furniture of this caliber and cost to come issue free, I do appreciate the prompt and no-questions-asked service. The quality of the pieces are also superior compared to your target or jc penny brands.

Wonderful service felt welcomed in schaumburg store. We needed new furniture as furniture was destroyed The staff was great to work with us listening to what we want and took time to pick out colors and changes as we finally made a decision. They worked with our time schedule and budget. Since then we ordered three times from them. Staff works well together. Service is great with delivery and customer service calling to schedule delivery around our schedule.
