Still waiting for our order. Initially we had a great experience ordering, they matched the price of the rug we really liked. The problem was it was 3 weeks back ordered. Despite being back ordered we didnt mind waiting since we were still renovating our house, 1 month wait time not to bad, Right?! . 1-2 months came by, still okay. 5-6 months waiting... REALLY annoyed. I have been calling the warehouse number/customer care number and given me multiple dates that kept on being moved 1-2 months ahead for I dont know what reason. The store was not a help to, called multiple times and stated the issue, gave us dates and same thing, the date arrived and no RUG. Finally we went to see the store manager ( Rhonda) and ask why the delivery dates have been moved several times despite the rug was available On their site. She stated it was a not unusual for back orders to be this long! She offered if we wanted the rug in the show room but we declined since she said the rug will arrive 12/12/16 ~ 3 weeks by the time we meet with her. I didnt mind waiting as long as it will came finally. LAST STRAW, I called today and the agent said it was moved 2 days from now. SO here is my review. Worst customer care. Dont sell back ordered items if you can not keep up with sales or if you give a delivery date make sure you DELIVER and not let a customer wait 6 months for a item. ******Update regarding my recent review. Called today 12/14/16, since the guy whom I talked 2 days ago (12/12/16) stated my rug will arrive today. BS! My husband called and seemed like nobody knows whats going on. The girl who picked up the phone stated the rug arrived and then stated we will call back regarding the delivery. After ~ 15-20 mins, another girl called and stated the rug will actually came on January 3, 2017!!!!! since the rug was so popular the item is not available thus the delivery have been moved ( AGAIN)! They kept our money with no interest for 6 months! We then decided to cancel the order, there is no sense to keep waiting for a rug that will never arrive! We researched online and we found the exact RUG down to the color with another store!!! We ordered with Free delivery and was available for shipping already. We felt the store intentionally did not want us to have the rug since we got the rug in a very low price way below their sale price that why they kept bumping our dates until I guess we back out. The Rug is available by the way in their website for some time now , which I dont understand why let a paying customer wait. We will never enter Ashley store again! Suggesting to all buyers to Research online and you will find actually the same items Ashley is selling with lower prices online.. And for the store, please be honest and dont sell back ordered items if you cant fulfill the orders. Respect your customers time. Time is precious and finding stuff for furnishing a home is not a joke.

Paid for furniture (Living Room Set) in full July 7th, was told furniture could be delivered on July 10th after 1pm by my salesman Brian. Took a half day at work to make it back by 1pm only to have the delivery personnel call at 11am to say they were outside (which was also a surprise because Brian said they would call when they were 30-40 minutes away). I got a call from store manager Julie whos customer service was poor at best, hanging up the phone because I expressed how disappointed I was in how they handled my delivery set up and flat out lied about trying to it delivered after 1pm. Now I was forced to change my Saturday the 15 schedule around after taking a half day on the 10th in order to receive the furniture. Saturday comes and they show up with the arm on my couch broken off, so now I have to reject the couch and set up another delivery! Ashleys 800 # calls back a hour after the rejection and after explaining my schedule and being out of town the following weekend the said they would put a special delivery request for Monday night the 17th 4-9pm she confirmed I hung up. I waited all evening Monday only to receive no delivery. It is now July 25th and I still have NO table which I knew wouldnt be available til the 28th now there saying August 14th or Couch that I should of had over 2 weeks ago. Absolutely worst service Ive ever seen steer clear of this store!

Dennis was by far THE BEST person that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he give us "the space" we wanted to look around the store to find the perfect couch set for my boyfriends parents but he was so unbelievable helpful, professional, understanding, informative, not pushy and so much more! He helped us with different couch sets and helped us decide on which one would be the "best fit" for them/ We got the furniture on time and within a week, set up was so unbelieveably easy as well. Within just a few days of recieving the couches we recieved a hand written post card from Dennis, thanking us and wishing us a merry christmas! WOW is all that I can say, he truly is a wonderful person. Ashley... you have one heck of an employee with him! We will only be going here from now on and only to Dennis or someone he trusts. NO MORE ROOM PLACE (that place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE--- salesmen, customer service and selection). If I could give more than five stars I would!! We also had worked with Tina another time and she was just as professional and helpful as he was. :) KEEP IT UP!

We had purchased a bed 4 years ago from Ashley and the mattress and frame were falling apart. I called Ashley and they had a tech come out to inspected and it was verified that the entire set was defective. They credited us the amount that we paid for the bed and scheduled us to come in to pick out a new set. We went to the Bolingbrook store and were helped by Star (Sales Associate) and Bill (Store Manager) to pick out the perfect bed for us. After asking a few questions about what we were looking for and how our sleep habits were, Star had an idea of what to look at. I also informed her of our back issues and that narrowed the search down even more. She knew exactly which beds to show us. After testing 7 different beds, we found the perfect one. They were both so courteous and helpful. We couldnt express our thanks enough to them. The bed set was delivered a few days later and my husband and I havent had this good of a sleep in over a year! We will be back in the spring for a new couch set and will definitely ask for Star to assist us again.

I had a wonderful experience buying furniture today from Ashley Furniture at the Bolingbrook location. Keylin, who was my sales associate was amazingly helpful, friendly, patient and willing to work hard to help me maximize my budget!! She, along with the cooperation of the sales manager, Ramen, were bending over backwards to help me and find exactly what Ibwas looking for at a really affordable price! I ended up buying a new bedroom set, dining room table and kitchen table. I was so pleased with their professional and helpful attitude and I was thrilled with the items I purchased.!!
