The staff is nice. I had my forks needed to be rebuilt and I had to leave to go out town. They did some wiggling and made it happen. Thats about the good things stop. First, they charged me about $75 more than any shop that qouted me (but like i said he did a one day turn around. So Ill just call that a convience fee) After my trip I noticed there was oil on the fork tube, so I called to see whats up. I was told it was probably residual oil left from the install. Fast forward to about 3k miles later the front end started getting very spongy and sloppy. Have another shop take a look at it. The fork seals were upside down and the caps were torqued so tight it required an impact gun to get them loose (required torque ranges 22 to 59 ft/lbs). There were also tool marks on the fork tube After discoving this, I call and leave a couple messages. Never hear anything back. I get mistakes happen, but not returning calls and trying to help out a customer is messed up.

Dropped bike off to find out what was wrong with brakes. The could not tell me a quote at all even a ball park until they could take the wheel off. Understandable so i left bike and they said would call me and let me know how much and what was wrong with it. The issues i had was 1 they never called back, I had to call them the next day 2 they left my motorcycle out in the rain all night so when i picked up the following morning was soaked and 3 the issue they said was caliper on wrong, which they should have been able to see that when they took a look at it before i dropped it off but when i took home was having same issues with the brakes so was not even fixed.

Im very happy that I found 757 Cycles. I have had two of my motorcycles worked on at 757 Cycles over the past year and I couldnt be happier with the sevice they provide. Dave really does go above and beyond with any bike Ive brought to his business. I dont understand why there is some people complaining about the customer service and prices, the reason I take my bikes to 757 Cycles and will always take them is because the prices are excellent for the amount of work these guys put in and the customer service as a whole from the technicians to the woman at the front desk is second to none.

I dropped my 636 off a week or two ago and had a laundry list of things that needed to be done to it. I had originally taken the bike to Cycle World which was an absolute nightmare. Now at 757 Cycle, Dave was able to make the best financial, functional, and quality recommendations to get it up and running. They were welcoming and professional right off the bat. Dave kept me informed through out the process and even followed up with a phone call a few days after getting it back. If I have any problems in the future, Ill be returning to 757 Cycle for sure. Small business is the way to go!

757 Cycles is a great alternative to dealer shops. The owner and staff are very personable and treat you like a valuable person. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to help meet your needs and your means. I have had all of my bikes serviced there and have been more than satisfied on every occasion. Also, on the plus side, the shop is very involved in the local motorcycle community and does much to give back. It is an added bonus to feel like your patronage supports a company that in turn supports the fellowship of bikers in the 757 area.

I was broke down at a gas station, bike wouldnt start. I figured out that my batter was toast and I needed a new one. I called the shop and they were closing up for the day but Dave stayed behind, brought the battery and tools to where I was and put the battery on my bike. After talking motorcycles with Dave I have decided that he is definitely gonna be my go-to guy for repairs, tunes and all around service on my motorcycle.
