I dont know about the guys that had problems with these guys but personally I had a great experience with the service department. First of my hours are tricky for when I can get it down there but I called and Dennis (Service Manager) set me up with an appointment so I could wait with it on a Saturday. I had 2 tires put on and did a full service. Had me in and out in a couple hours while I sat up front and relaxed and watched tv talked with the sales guy there about some of the new bikes. On top of that they match the tire prices I saw on motorcycle superstore. So I guess what Im saying is usually the only people that really do reviews are the ones that have some little problem and make it something big. I will always do my service work there and recommend them!

I am interested in a Honda Goldwing. Ive stopped at their facility twice. The first time was on a weekend and the second time in the morning during the week. The first time there were several people in their building and I kind of felt that they were too busy to talke to me. I returned for my ssecond visit and there were no potential customers looking at their products. Again, I could not find a sales person or was I greeted by anyone. If I purchase a Goldwing, it will not be from this business. Obviously they dont need the business.

I dont know what the previous reviews ran into... maybe its just from being from a power sport family in a different location. I understand the ins and the outs of the business. But they where extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They flat out explained that some of hondas product is on back order instead of taking a deposit and sitting on it like you see so many other places do. I would highly recommend them yes they may be under staffed abit but they are tremendous people

terrible terrible terrible buying experience. told me to take my bike home and that I was all set, two days later I get a call that they made a mistake with my financing and that I need to "stop riding and bring the bike back" ?!?!... turns out someone there screwed up paperwork. I ended up with the bike but it was very stressful and very unpleasant considering the amount of money being spent.

Very disappointed with my experience. The said they were going to pick up my bike for service and they never did, resulting in a ticket for no inspection (which it was getting picked up for). After talking with them they said they would do nothing to rectify the situation. So Sport-Mann you just lost a customer that has been doing business with you for over 10 years.

I recently was on a quest to find a tool that would remove the spark plug from my honda shadow spirit. Noone in the area seemed to have one, but Sport Mann was able to dig one up for me! Very much appreciated! Every time I have came to this location, I havent had any issues with not being able to find someone or get the help that I needed.

Ive never had a good experience here, the last straw for me was when I was trying to buy a motorcycle from them and the salesman just blew me off and acted like I was bothering him while he talked with his coworkers. I went to their competition and bought the bike I wanted on the same day and I will never return to sport-mann again.

I did business with Joe and he was of great help! The whole staff is very assistive and they all are very familiar with what they are dealing with. It is very rare to find a power sports dealership that you can go to and find great customer service, but Sport Mann provides just that! Keep up the good work!

Salesman tried to sell me a leftover from 2014 for the same price as new because "its a consumer prices product, we dont make any money". Called to negotiate price, never got a call back. Sent one email to another business, purchased $400 cheaper out the door for a model year newer bike, exact specs.

Staff not that friendly, didnt want to get out of his chair behind the counter. Not sure if he identified us as someone who wasnt going to buy an expensive machine or why (we were shopping for helmets). Wont be back here (even when in the market to buy a new machine).

The numbers I have for them are apparently not in service. They will not respond to email and we have two older jet skis there that we were hoping they would sell for us. Does anyone else know a good number to contact these guys?? I am afraid they are out of business

Have taken our Sea Doo jet boat to these guys for a few years. Generally they have been great. Weve stored our boat there for the winter and thats the one problem we had. When we got it back in the spring one year it had a used battery in it and our oar was gone.

I went to get a clutch cable for ny Suzuki dirt bike and they had nothing in stock. They had to order it and said it would be 3 days and it took 7. No appoligy for it taking so long or anything. Customer service very poor.

brought new wheeler from there, and from all I have gone through with them, I WILL NEVER buy from again, ill drive to another state first to buy a wheeler if I have to. Poor service, poor customer service.

When I took my bike in for an inspection, they told me in needed around $500 (brakes, rebuild forks) in repairs to pass, brought it home to do the work myself only to find out none of the work was needed.
