Down for bike event the other week. My 02 Road King had a serious issue and I was able to drift it in to the dealership. Now, guys/gals ride their bikes in from all over the place for events. They had ONE tech on the clock and had to borrow another guy from Portsmouth. They had my bike for a day and a half. Really had no clue what was wrong with it. I watched the techs walk around, smoke cigs, have chit chats etc. I was pretty frustrated. I picked up my bike after it was told that it was totally repaired. WRONG!!!! That same night, the EXACT same issues occurred. Thank God we ran into some peeps from our hometown that were able to trailer the bike 6 hours home oh and take me with them! I took my bike to a local shop and they had it diagnosed within an HOUR!!! Turns out is was the front injector was open. A broken wire at the connector. So....after spending over $300 on parts (which I really dont know if they were installed or not) and labor (which yeah is pretty good considering they had my bike for over a day and a half)...I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. Oh and they "claimed" to have called me. Funny how I got a call from my son in Alaska, but not from a guy right down the road! I have attempted to make contact with them to no avail. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the guy working the parts counter (Ronnie I think) was a heck of a nice guy! He appeared to be the only one in there busting his A$$ to get things done.

I just bought a new Road Glide Ultra from this dealership, and it was a wonderful experience. The General Manager - Gordon Smith helped me personally. He understood my needs and made specific recommendations. He explained the features on the bike well, and made sure that I understood what I was getting. He gave me a great deal, and then to top it off, because of thunder storms, he delivered the bike to my home in an enclosed trailer. You cant beat the treatment or the deal! Thanks, Gordon!

Total turn around from my last experience two years ago and I am thoroughly impressed. In a small beach town good impressions make lasting customers. Tim was very thorough and willing to work out a deal that was several thousand dollars less than what I was seeing out of the area (where I usually purchase vehicles). Great experience from start to finish all the way from service, finance, and motor clothes. Keep up the great work!

Probably the worst Harley shop Ive ever been to. Overpriced and roughly used bikes. Staff was unknowledgeable. They should put some of their roughly used inventory into their rental inventory. If youre a first time buyer looking to buy a bike, please do not go here, you will feel uncomfortable during the buying process.

When you host an event at what you are trying to make an event that people will want to come back to have more than 4 bartenders to serve a 700-1000 people at a concert you are hosting. Waiting in line 20 minutes every time you want a beer is rediculous. It hurts return business and your profits for the evening.

Very well put together a little smaller than some of the other dealers l have been to. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Im from Va.and happened to see it while passing by and stopped to check it out!!!! Thanks a bunch

Stopped by to pick up a helmet and gloves. ..got no help from staff. I selected a pair of gloves and purchased them but received no appreciation at checkout. I doubt I will be back. Ill find my Road King supplies elsewhere.
