I started my search for a new motorcycle in early April. After not meeting one salesperson in more than 30 minutes of waiting at Geneva Harley and not being taken seriously at FX Caprera Harley, I walked into Performance Harley. Jim met me before Id passed the first row of bikes, shook my hand and asked me what he could do for me. After explaining my special needs due to 5 back surgeries and a total knee replacement, he introduced me to my salesperson, Justin. Justin spent over 2 hours with me, holding up the bikes I wanted to sit on, answering all my questions and being very patient. Once I sat on my new 2014 Street Glide I was sold. By then, Jim had come back to tell me that they would order the Voyager kit I needed and get it painted to match the bike I chose. Bruno was wonderful with explaining your fabulous 1.8% financing, the extended warranty and all the other perks of being a HOG member. Chris stayed in touch me me throughout the order, delivery and painting. Rich and the service crew did a great job on putting the kit on my bike, the fenders and bumper are a perfect paint match. With help from Jim, Nathan, Rich and AJ (who reviewed my new bike and answered my list of check points in Justins absence), I was headed home last Wednesday afternoon only 2 hours past expected delivery. In the first 5 days, I have put over 350 miles on her - even though its only been in the 50s - and LOVE HER! WIll be back at Performance for my 1,000 mile check before a month is past and cant wait to leave on my 2 month, 2-lane, cross-country trip of over 7,000 miles in August. This beautiful new machine is going to give me the ride of a lifetime! Thanks Performance!!!

Just have 2 share my amazing experience with Bruno. I bought a brand new 2015 Soft tail slim in 2015. Always was the passenger so time 4 me 2 get my own. Bruno sold me the bike in June 2015. He treated me like a queen. August 2015 my son was in a horrific motorcycle accident. I never got to ride staying by my sons side. Im happy 2 share he is perfect in this moms eyes. July of 2016 i lost my mom . I only got 1000 miles on my bike. I had purchased the VIP package 4 my bike. I received the royal treatment when Bob came 2 my house n picked up my bike 4 my first service. So now 2 years later my package expired and I would have 2 purchase a new one. Bruno called me today and put a huge smile on my face. He said they are extending my VIP package 2 cover me whenever I do get 2 my 5000 maintenance due because of the tough stuff I went thru n not being able 2 ride my bike. My heart us full 2 know the compassion Bruno had 4 me as a valued customer and really cared about me as a person. So Im sharing my story with u all 2 let u know that Ive never been treated other than wonderful from day one at this dealer and I will continue 2 give them my business n send my friends to Bruno. Thank you 4 having such a big heart. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The key to any successful business are the employees. Being in professional sales for 30 years has given me a true respect/understanding for customer service and earning ones business. This has set the bar extremely high when it comes to judging other businesses against my expectations. The Performance Harley Davidson team has well exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. Brian, Bruno and Nate are in a class of their own. The showroom is immaculate and fully stocked with gear, along with an extremely large inventory of bikes to see, touch and test ride. The parts and service departments have been outstanding. I made the mistake of not visiting them first. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time, make Performance Harley Davidson your first stop…you will not be disappointed!

I am shocked at all the negative comments. I bought a new FLHX at Performance from the owners son Brian last year and have been treated like gold ever since by everyone. This year I traded the FLHX in for a FLHTCU at Adirondack HD and was treated like dirt. Wasnt even offered a break on a T-shirt after spending $26,000. Waited 6 weeks for a headset and when i took my bike there for its first service I was made to wait for 5 hrs. I have since been back to Performance and even though I bought the bike elsewhere they have still treated me with great care and like a family member. Kudos to them for a great job. I dont think they do everything perfect but they at least try to, and when they fail they will still treat you with the respect you deserve.

Performance HD is the best Harley Davidson Dealer in the area. I have had very good experiences in the service department at performance. Nicki, Ed and Rich are good to work with, they can answer questions and they know when & where to get the answers they do not know themselves. Brian S has really done a good job at keeping current with the needs of modern day customers and customer relations. I have had very poor experiences with the service departments at two other Harley dealers, that has never been the case at Performance. based on my experience I have no need to look outside of Performance HD for motorcycles or service.

I recently purchased a Yamaha R3 that was received originally as a trade. Bob from sales took care of the transaction from start to finish and it was essentially flawless. There was a pricing issue that was resolved quickly and easily and ended up working out in my favor, despite them taking a bit of a loss. Also, because they are a satellite DMV office, they were able to register the bike there so I could ride it directly home to Binghamton. It was well worth the hour ride to do business with Performance HD, and although I cannot get my bike serviced here, Ill be sure to come back. Also, the facility is beautiful!

this place is the worst harley dealership in cny the owner is a crook brought bike in for a blown motor although it was under warranty the owner "dave sedlack" wanted to charge me 700 dollars his excuse was he went over the labor allowed by harley !! not my problem i had to write a check stop payment and proceed to file a complaint with the better buisness bureau if i broke down in front of performance i would push it elsewhere how are they still in buisness after they screw everybody wake up people

Many of the people who work there are very nice. Unfortunately the owners and overall bosses are terrible people that are money hungry and greedy and view customers as cash cows only. If you want to spend, spend, spend, they will be nice. Expect to spend all the market will bear and full MSRP with up charges for everything. Nice building and inventory. Expect far more reasonable prices on service, bikes, parts, accessories if you shop online and from many other dealers in nearby areas and states.
