Horrible, horrible. Let me start by saying I bought bikes from them before awhile ago figured I would give them another shot. So last night I go and test ride this bike come back to talk numbers they drop price $500 bucks and say thats all they can do, I say okay and walk away. I called them back today at lunch and offered a new deal nothing crazy wanted to come down a couple more hundred. So after waiting all day to hear something back nothing at all. I call to talk to somebody other than the salesman who helped me thought I was being taking advantage of. Dont get a call back get a voice mail fifteen minutes before they close, call back guy is nowhere to be found they give me my salesman again he says that he didnt have time to get back to me in six hours to let me know what was going on and the number they gave me last night was it. I give them another offer and he just flat out tells me NO, didnt talk to anybody or anything. I guess if your looking to pay full price then go there or very little to no help. Truly feel like I was just being jerked around the whole time because I am younger will not be sending anymore business their way. Good luck

10/06/2006 I purchased the extended warranty for my new VTX1300R. $790.00!!! After the time period on the warranty I sent in all of the proper documents for the full refund that was explained to me on the date of purchase. I was told that the company went bankrupt and to wait. I made dozens of phone calls to the dealer and N.A.D.S. and never was provided with any reimbursement, not even a percentage. Powersport East NEVER ONCE OFFERED ME ANYTHING AS AN ACT OF GOOD FAITH! No discounts on parts or service, NOTHING!!!! Nine years later, I am still waiting for my $790.00 or at least .79 cents. NEITHER! I will never recommend Powersports East to anyone I know. They have swept this under the rug and hope that we go away. Mary McCracken the HondaCare Salesperson and the Owners should be ashamed of themselves for not doing something in good faith. There are other Honda dealers out there!!!!! A Dealership that Just Does Not Care. No call backs, No letters. Nothing. They want your money and then they will forget you until like yesterdays news.

The place has great bikes. But the service department sucks. I got hit on my 2011 z1000 So I got the bike taken to them for the repair. That was 05/17/2015 today is 06/30/2015 And they still have my bike. They say they ordered the part and they are waiting for it. Really week 6 with my bike and you are still ordering parts They dont know what they are doing . Never again Never again. Well here is a update they still have my bike as of 07-22-2015 and they say the part is a week out. So they have had my bike 2 months now this is getting old. They say that its kawasaki falt the part is on backorder but I found the part on ebay brand new oem. You would think that they would at least try to find the part somewhere else after 2 months. The riding season is almost over. I guess there not to worried about it they get to ride there bikes.

Last Thursday June 9 I packed my 2000 Gold Wing for a trip to The SkyLine with my good friend Kenny,started the bike and found that the clutch would not engage. I placed a call to Kenny and brought his trailer down to me in Lewes. When he arrived,we attempted to fix the problem but were unsuccessful.. I called Honda Powersports in Bear,De and the earliest they could work on my bike was June 23. Since the bike was unable to be ridden, we loaded the bike on the trailer and took the bike to Powersports. On arrival Ken came out and looked at the bike and said he would look at it and maybe it might be a quick fix . I left figuring my planned trip would be cancelled. One hour later my bike was done and I could pick it up and leave on my trip. I cant thank Powersports and Ken enough for their help in making my trip possible.

My family and I were heading to the New York Safety track and in need of a Honda Generator ASAP. As in we were on the road and heading up. I called Powersports East spoke to Doug and explained that I needed a generator and it needs to be ready to go as I am on the highway an will be stopping by to buy one if you can have it ready. Well Doug and Rebecca made it happen. I pulled in with race trailer and all, walked in was greeted by Doug and was told I am all set to go. Generator started and performed perfectly once we arrived a the track. Great job!!! Thank you for making our weekend that much more enjoyable. By the way the Honda EU2000i is perfect for running two tire warmers and a fan.

My first experience with Powersports East was in 2005 with the purchase of a new Yamaha majesty motor scooter , since then I have purchased thirteen motorcycles from Powersports East and currently ride a 2015 Honda 1832 cc F6B Goldwing . Every transaction has been fun and a great financial deal . Service and custom modifications have always been done on time and with great care . This is a family operation and they truely have treated me and my bikes like family . The staff are motorcycle owners and regular riders , they know bikes from the riders perspective . In sum Powersports East is honest , fair , competent and they will take excellent care of you and your bike.

I have purchased three new bikes from Powersports East. Some days I go in and everyone is in a good mood and helpful, other days their not so friendly. Everybody has bad days, I just feel like it could be a better atmosphere for spending my hard earned cash. That being said, I gotta give kudos to Swain at the parts counter, hes always super friendly and helpful. In upper Delaware this is the only dealer around so its hard to be picky. As long as theyre my only option withing 30 minutes, ill continue to shop there.

Good and to the point service I had my tires balanced and mounted after a horrible experience from turner tech of porter Ave Karl is very courteous and knowledgable.I was there on Saturday first come first serve service I was fourth guy in at 9 am and was out of the door with new tires and my no hands on handle bar wobble issue resolved . Prices are very reasonable as matter of face they are cheapest in the Newark area and above all all mechanics are certified . Definitely recommending them to my gang

Mr. Karl Zehner, in the service depart. Is very knowledgeable about bikes. I took my bike in just to get a oil change. It took no time, but what really impress me that he took the extra effort and advice me of other things on my bike that need to be replaced asap. Karl is a person that knows his job and shows his concerns for his customers Safety. Without a doubt, I will strong advice, my friends and fellower riders to go to Power east and ask for Karl. He s on point.
