To :KJ Berbil: Brookfield Indian Motorcycle strives every day to offer a premium customer experience to everyone entering through our doors. We are genuinely distraught that you believe your time was wasted to the point of sharing your negative views on this site. As owner, I made a thorough inquiry into your circumstances and can assure you that remedial action will be taken to the full extent possible under the circumstances. My information is that you and one of our staff members (John) were in email communication prior to your visit. Because no appointment was made with him to see the bike in question, however, the unfortunate fact is that your unannounced arrival came at time when the pre-owned CVO was on a lift receiving great care in preparation for its display to customers. Indeed, parts of the bike were disassembled, making a full viewing even more difficult. And, as a general rule in compliance with our insurance requirements, our large state of the art service department is off-limits to customers. I understand that you were offered the opportunity to return to BIM to view the bike as soon as it was presentable, but chose not to do so (which is obviously your prerogative). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused you, and enjoy your new bike.

what a waste of time...as if any of us has time to waste. Respoded to their ad for a pre-owned Harley Davidson CVO Road King. Requested, price and actual (not stock) pics...nothing. So I went to the dealership where I met Eric Gaulin who proceeded to tell me the bike was in the shop and could not be seen??? I mentioned that I simply want to see the bike to which he refused. Sad, as had a pocket full of dough on a beautiful spring day and they had the bike I wanted to buy. Inconceivable that any business would turn away a buyer but they did....no follow up on their part which is irrelevant now as purchased one in NJ the following weekend. Own several bikes and well known in the local rider community. Have shared my experience at Brookfield Indian as a cautionary tale. Time is simply more valuable than money and stay away from any business that wastes your time.

This place is beautiful BUT very low inventory. The service is terrible. This is the second time Im putting a review in. Somehow they took my first one off. Anyway I was there in May and a twenty something year old girl tells me I cannot sit on any of the bikes until I talk to Ray. Are you kidding me. Dont bother going there unless they change the whole staff. I have talked to other people that have gone there and they werent happy either. To bad love the bikes!!
