Chuck & Val and the crew are the BEST!!! After visiting 8 dealers all around NJ I came across Cross Country Power sports. Here is my experience from entering the door to signing for my new bike. As soon as I walked into the building, the receptionist greeted me. She is super nice and asked question to best help assist me in my venture. The person that came to my assistance was Chuck, right from the get go he was polite, shook my hand, and all around gentleman. I gave Chuck the 4 most important requirements needed for my next bike and we then preceded going through a whole bunch of bikes. I sat on 8 bikes (extended time) and asking a ridiculous amount of questions. After spending at least an hours, we narrowed the selection down to 3 bikes. Chuck was very patient and answered all my questions. He is a no B.S straight to the point guy with a very sweet demeanor. Even thought I am a woman, I was not treated with that "girly" mindset. I was treated like a rider/ biker all respect not like what I had to deal with from 4 other dealers. I came back yesterday (2/10/17) and choose my bike; it is a 2016 Red/Black Ninja Ex650, fill out the credit app, ordered my parts, set my installs, and delivery. Then I met the Super Nice finance specialist Val, we discussed all the options available. ((Side note, with the Tier A credit rating there is a super special finance option. 3.9% apr for 72 months. Usually the longer you go in payments the HIGHER the APR. A standard 72-month finance would usually be 8%. )) Val was showing me things on the paper work where other places would tack on extra money and I was explained the NJ State rules on charges. I learned a lot yesterday. All in all, my down payment went from $1500 to $700 and I was able to get the fender eliminator, integrated taillight, and alarm (purchased separately) installed with the remaining leftover balance from the down payment. After filling out all the paper work I went and took a pic of my Bike. I saw there were scuff/scratches on the left mirror casing. I showed Val and she spoke to Chuck about it. They are replacing the entire left mirror for free. I was treated very well 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Update: Ive been coming here for a long time. 4/5 years now and bought about 6 motorcycles in total from this company. Its 230 and been 42 minutes since I walked in the door WAITING to get my bike that has been ready for 2 weeks now. 2 weeks. What bothers me is I run multiple businesses and if I ever made a customer wait the amount of time Ive waited I would be getting 1 star reviews all day long. The is ft is good dude. I mean hes a good guy, just wish the team there was on point. Parts were on top of it as well, just the waiting everytime I come in is super annoying. Like ridiculous. However the end result Im happy with everything just not a 5star I feel the time could be spent better but however due to the fact of me waiting so long it just has lost so much value of customer service that it just needs to be addressed and everything needs to be fixed and reevaluated Old: Good to go on the bike of a friend of mines. They were very fast in servicing her bike, needed a lot of work and they did it in 2 days. I have had my off and on days or months with these guys. Next time I go I will be sure to do an update

Across six months, I have spent two extended trips to Cross Country Powersports as I procrastinated on which bike would be my next. Three different sales people across the two trips and each of them had been extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable with their advice. At no point have I felt rushed or pressured and I have been extremely grateful for the honest advice about the pros and cons of each bike. I am very happy with my selection and grateful to the staff at Cross Country that helped me on my journey

Hands down the best dealer I have ever been to!!! Great customer service! I bought a used 2014 Kawasaki Ninja and its been great to me! They dont forget who you are at all, everytime Ive gone in there everyone Ive talked to says hello. The sales man I bought my ninja from asks me hows every going and about the bike everytime Ive gone in there as well. This dealer really treats you like family and even though its an hour away from my house Ill always come there for servicing and parts.

Last year I bought a Honda 2016 Goldwing. This year I bought a 2017 Kawasaki 300 for my daughter and a 2016 Suzuki GSX S1000F for me. I worked with salesman Chuck Lucas again and got a great deal. Im there frequently and am always received well by everyone. Fantastic sales and service dept. Always get great advice, story exchanges, accessories, and just about everything you need to ride. Theyre BEST IN KLAS and a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing but courtesy and straight talk. I feel very confident going there and not like theyre going to rip me off! Matt at the Honda service desk is tops. Excellent follow up and he means it, he blows away the other guy that was there previously. Matt is the reason I didnt go somewhere else! Also Doug at the BMW parts desk is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent follow up when parts are ordered and makes sure you know they came in!

Really great team here. I bought my first bike, a Kawasaki Versys 650, from Cross Country and was happy with the sales process. They really listened well and didnt try to push me around, but were ready with opinions when I asked. I did the 600 mile service here, as well, and everything went smoothly. The facilities are well kept, clean, and modern. Im a happy customer and recommend Cross Country without any hesitation.

Nice, big place with a budge choice of motorcycles and gear. But... Offered to pay cash for pre owned bike, and they didnt let me to test drive it. Explanation was "we need to be sure that you gonna buy it". Other dealers happy to offer they used department motorcycles for test drive. Ive never dont it before, but this time I fell in love with the bike and rely wanted to buy it. To bad. Gonna take my money elsewhere

I will absolutely/definitely be buying my next motorcycle from here!! - I just bought a motorcycle that I have wanted forever - a BMW S1000RR in the BMW Motorsports colors. They had it and were the best to deal with. A huge thank you to Valerie and Henry for making my purchase a great experience. Incredible selection/the best motorcycle shop Ive ever been to and no doubt Ill be back.

Huge store with many different options for bikes. In the main building, there are Suzuki bikes, Kawasaki bikes, Ducati bikes, etc. In the Honda building is Honda. And in the used building you might even find Harley-Davidson. The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly. Would reccomend visiting Cross Country along with Action Yamaha down the road.
