My father in law bought tires here for his bike, and made an appointment for mine on the following Monday. We showed up on time, only to be told that they didnt have a front tire for the bike. The service guy said they sold out over the weekend. I asked why they couldnt have called and saved us the trip, or saved a tire for us, knowing we had an appointment. The service guy told us it was our fault, because we "didnt put a deposit on the tires" (which we would gladly have done, had they asked). He couldnt have been less apologetic. He acted like he was doing us a favor. I get that stuff happens, but we took the day off, and rode over an hour to get this done at Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson. They drop the ball, blame us, and dont even say sorry? Thats how they treat repeat customers? Yeah, I dont think so. If youre looking for service on your Harley, do yourself a favor and go to a dealer that gives a damn, because Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson clearly does not.

John Herman sold me my 2017 Road Glide Special. Awesome experience! Knowledgeable, polite, courteous and he made the whole purchase experience really enjoyable. Service Manager and Parts Manager were very upbeat and helpful. Added pipes and a backrest. John went over everything when I picked up the bike. Even saved me money on Insurance. John was upfront and honest. Gave me a great price on the Harley, and got me a fair price for my trade. Heading in for first service tomorrow. Great Experience! I walked out of another nearby HD dealer because they were trying to rip me off on new bike price, trade value and financing.

I started hear near Chicopee ma looking for a new bike found a switchback 2016 with4400 miles on it and the price was very high a busy told me about Pocono Harley in Pennsylvania so I looked them up saw the 2016 switch back with 6 miles on it I called talk to Deen he treated me like a good friend but we never meet made the deal over the phone they took care of all the arrangements and shipping the bike to me I cant say enough good things about this dealership its nice to be treated like a king when you have never met them

Came from GA on way to Laconia, NH. Electrical issue complete with smoke coming out of fairing. They got us in even on Saturday. Found issue within minutes. Did a great job on repair & quickly! Excellent Service Dept! Everyone seemed to like where they worked....Happy Staff! Stocked with a lot of hard to find items....Xmas villages, train, ornaments, just ask if you cant find cause they will know where to locate it. Dont miss a true HD Dealership! Also Saturdays during summer they offer free food/ drink

Just picked up our new CVO Road Glide Ultra and love it! Ty gave us excellent service and trade in on our bike which we also purchased from him. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Id recommend visiting this dealership- you will see they have a complete apparel department. They will answer any question and help size clothes, boots, and/or helmets. Each department is so very helpful! You will definitely be treated with respect and kindness, whether you speak to the service department, apparel, parts or sales.

This is my absolute favorite Harley store. Today only they have 75 percent off ladies leather jackets, wind breakers, select shirts, etc. I got a 500. jacket for 70.00 in a 3X. They had 7 different styles in my size. No other store carries the selection of womens clothing that they have. My grandson loves his Harley boots and wears them all year long.

Ordered parts needed for inspection. Service staff very helpful, friendly and funny. Parts came in but I never received the call. I ended up picking up the part somewhere else that had them in stock. Great place, great service, but knocked off one star for communication.
