Greg and Aaron were awesome. I am up this way a few times a month for work and thought id check this place out. I was greeted by Aaron when I first walked in. I started looking around the store and was approached by Greg. I explained to Greg that I am new to bikes and was taking my Motorcycle Safety Course. He was very patient and helpful in finding gear that was safe and fit perfectly. He and I spent about an hour together trying to find the right gear. I would have given them 5 stars except many of the helmets I wanted, they did not have in my size (medium). Greg did offer to order it for me but since I am not in the area often enough, that would not have been an option. I will most definitely be back to this store. I also compared prices on Amazon and the prices at Cycle Gear were comparable and tax free in DE.

Best store ever, first time there. I have never bought a helmet before and had a tone of questions. I believe the sales girl name was Angie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I explain what I was looking for and that I wasnt sure what to start with. She showed me several helmets and a lot where on sale, best prices I have seen. She let me browse around and gave me space to thinking and try them on. I left with a great helmet and a great experience. I will be doing all of my bike shopping needs here. I have recommended to a friend of mine since he is also looking to get more gear and I will recommend to anyone who wants to be treated great and buy excellent gear at an amazing price. All their helmets ate DOT and products as well.

Last several times Ive been in there, only one person is ringing up people. I have stood in line over 15min each time, just waiting. Which is never good when you are wearing gear. I give up on this place. I never get help, Never can find anyone to ask questions about products. The front desk is always a disaster. The product selection is not that great either. While Cycle Gear itself has a good amount of brands, the store only seems to carry the cheapest items like Bilt or Sedici. Blah, just find a good return policy website and order stuff from them.

TJ the manager has really has really turned this shop around... He got rid of the snooty salesperson, which was the root/cause of my previous bad experience. He didnt even have a bike, thinking my ZX10 was a Versys... :), Cyclegear is my shop for bike supplies, and its only 4 miles from my house. Most recently, TJ exchanged my defective Oneal boots for a set of Alpinestars, and I just had to pay the difference. Ill keep coming back for the great customer service! Thanks TJ!

Great selection, prices are pretty good as well. You could probably find prices cheaper online, but id rather deal with knowledgeable people that i can talk to, not to mention the convinence of handling the product and instant gratification. Just had a 10-15 minute chat with Dwayne about changing tires (bought a set of stands, and spools from him) and im calling bull$*#t about the "racist" remark from another review. And no, Dwayne and I are not the same race.

I am a Harley Rider however race bikes are a fun exciting and very popular sport this store had lots of choices for equipment helmets and accessories and even things if you want to get safety helmets excetera if you have a four wheeler ATV for your child however the store is along a strip mall not very big the selection of helmets was large but the number of products available not very many they have the basics nothing too fancy or not too much extra

Today I went in to have a wheel taken off the rim, and I want say, the guys working their know their stuff. I had just came from powersports east with two damaged wheels and rims because they do not know how to take a wheel off, Cycle gear got it off in about 30 seconds with no damage. They didnt even charge me for it. I bought tire irons like the ones they used. Wish I had gone there first.

Great place to get motorcycle gear when you need it quick. They offer an in house brand, Bilt, for a great price but the quality is less than that of the Bigger name brands. Tires are competitively priced and they will mount and balance them for you if the wheels are off the bike, though the turn around time is 24 hours during riding season.

Decent store, its nice that they carry low end as well as high end products. Gave 3 stars because they never answer the damn phone. Dont know if its lack of staff or if they dont want to do their job but I normally call when most people are at work so they shouldnt be overly crowded.

I had a gentleman named John Paul help me find very specific items. When he realized that the store was out of stock, he called multiple stores to find the items and had them shipped to the store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitly be shopping there again.

DONT HAVE YOUR TIRES CHANGED HERE! Scratched rim and tire was placed on in the wrong direction. Asked them to remount the tire on the rim the proper way, they put it on the wrong way again!!! If you want clothes, helmets, or accessories from this place, stick to that.

The store layout is a pretty crowded. They could definitely use more room. The product selection is okay if a little one manufacturer centric. If you are a fan of Bilt gear then this is definitely the store for you.

I have been shopping at Cyclegear for a year now. I have bought helmets, a tank bag, a tool bag, and rear tire. I have been very happy with all purchases. The staff is always helpful, and I recommend this store.

Clean store, a lot of inventory in stock. Better than other Cycle Gear stores I have visited. If youre looking for something specific just call ahead and ask to make sure they have it. The staff are very helpful.

Every time I go in they always take care of me. I had to order a part that I really needed and they said it be 3 days to get it but they were able to get it the next day for me.

This was resolved by TJ and caused by Alpinestar Tech 3s inferior buckling system. I cant really hold Cyclegear responsible for manufacturers flaws.
