Poor customer service, the tech/possibly the owner I spoke with was rude and short with me I felt preejudged based on my grubby work cloths. He told me it wasnt worth his time because I wouldnt spend the money he would charge. Walked in looking for a quote on tires for my motorcycle, ended up spending top dollar for top of the line full on race tires elseware. Girl at the front desk was very nice and personable, had a cute dog walking around the shop too.

Awesome shop, with awesome customer service! About a month ago I first stopped in to look at a Duke 690, with intentions to get the 2017. I found out they also had a used 2013. The guys were patient with me over the next couple weeks while I decided which route I wanted to go, never trying to push me into a decision or rush my judgement. Very happy with the bike I chose and overall experience with the guys and gal at solid performance ktm!

Just had a suspension overhaul with my CBR by Solid Performance and though it was a shaky start, I could not be any happier with the results. Super professional and definitely have the customer in mind. Quality of work is meticulous and extremely organized. Shop is the cleanest shop Ive ever seen and everyone is extremely professional. I will be taking my future bikes there for suspension tune-ups and any suspension work.

Really the most thorough moto shop around. I drove from Jersey to get my bike worked on here. I took it in for a clogged carb, but they went over the whole bike. They found a ton of stuff that I missed on my own.
