A good friend of mine trusted this dealership to fix his Honda Cr500 transmission. The shop committed to doing a job they werent able to do. Tore his motor down and then handed back to him in pieces when they couldnt get the parts because God forbid they open a catalog and find them. Another shop found his parts in less then 15 minutes and already ordered them. The motor sat at R&D for 3 and a half weeks and he was charged 250 dollars just to get it back completely disassembled. I wouldnt recommend this dealer for any service. They care about money. Not customer service. My friend deserves a refund and instead got a bill and disassembled motor. Wouldnt use this dealership to buy a quart of oil if my engine depended on it.

Sometime ago I contacted R&D Power Sports because I was on the hunt for a "Millers Cycle Shop" decal, I needed for a motorcycle restoration project I was working on. The fine gentleman explained on the phone that he does not have any of the old decals laying around, but offered to send me a couple of their current ones, since it closely resembled the old ones. I offered to pay for it, which was denied, and sure as heck a few weeks later I had the decals! Bike is now restored sporting the decal. Hope to ride it here soon and to say hello! Thank you so much!

Went there looking at a Honda P500. We ended holding off waiting for the new P1000 to come out. The guys here were great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around good guys. Great customer service and small town feel. Even if it is a long ride, give these guys a shot.

The owner of this store is an arogent, rude, and completely disrespectful man... Its trully sad that some of the employees also are just as rude...if you are looking for honesty and integrity this is not the store to shop at nor have your bike or all-terrain vehiclce fixed...

Great place to purchase parts for my Suzuki motorcycle. The staff is knowledgeable of what I need. There is a nice selection of new and used motorcycles . They have been in business for awhile with the same ownership. That alone speaks volumes.
