Honestly Ive never been treated so kindly by a staff of people, Brian Kemp was extremely helpful with getting my onto my dream bike, his personality shines for his work and was so prompt about all our emails before meeting to make the deal. You can tell he lives for this job because his level of passion shined talking about bikes! Jack Gonzalez helped me find the perfect price points that suited my situation and was very kind and helpful as well! He was very funny to and Brian him and myself shared causal fun stories along the way so it made the process actually fun! As I waited for my paperwork Joe Lippino gave me wonderful advice about learning to ride and about all the motorcycles in general we walked the whole facility and had a blast talking about anything and everything! He gave me wonderful tips on what to practice on a bike and how to become a better operator of my new machine! He is a genius on motorcycles and had a lot of knowledge to give a novice rider like myself and had a extremely humble and cool personality! To follow it all up Jordan in the final part of sales had a wonderful and positive attitude especially for someone who has only been there for one month was extreme prompt and brilliant with the paper work! I love your facility and wish I lived closer because your staff is the kind of people you dont wanna stop talking to and learning from! Plus the faculties layout is absolutely beautiful. Im proud to have gotten my new bike from you guys because I know I bought a bike from genuine people who love motorcycles inside and out

I contacted Martin motorsports reguarding a 1999 Honda Rebel with 12,000 miles on it listed at 1495$ that I was interested in purchasing as my first bike. I spoke to Brian and asked him if financing was an option for a bike so cheap. He said yeah with my credit score no problem just, fill out the fiance application. So I did, heard back from him a day or two later saying I was approved for financing for the bike. Alright, awesome. I ask him what bank approved the loan and he said, "he wasnt sure, the finance guy knows." Alright whatever Ill find out the details when I get there. Drove an hour and a half to Martin Motorsports, waited around for awhile. Met with Brian and checked out the bike, it was alright. Then met with the finance guy, who informed me that they approved me for a 2000$ limit on a Yamaha credit card and thats how they offered to fiance the Honda rebel, 1800$ out the door with 20% interest ! I expected to overpay a bit for a 99 rebel I could find on Craigslist for 1000$, at a dealership, but I wasnt about to slap it on a credit card with 20% interest. I could have lived with an actual installment loan with a reasonable % interest rate. And the line about "not knowing what bank approved the loan" just to get me in there didnt make me happy at all. Not a pleasant experience. I walked on the rebel, and wont be purchasing a bike from them as long as Im riding.

“I purchased a Harley Davidson Softail at Martin Motor sports and I though I got a good deal when I traded my Susuki in on it. Sales manager Ricky Adams got me a super deal on financing the bike and seemed to listen to every one of my concerns and did what he could to handle them! Honestly I dont think he could have made the process any easier. I did have problems with the bike and he did everything he could to ensure things got attention as quickly as he could. The problems did develop into issues that Martin Motorsports was not equipped to handle or deal with in that the Bike was a Harley and not even close to anything the dealership would deal with so service manager Jordan and the service department with their connections got a local Harley shop involved to help with the problem. I think Martin Motorsports has gone past what anyone else might do to ensure I got the best deal I could! The two people that I mentioned in this letter were instrumental in handling my problems but honestly I think that everyone at Martin Motorsports had a hand in seeing that I was treated right and I really do love the bike and as a disabled vet I do not ride as much as I want too I feel safe when I do that my ride should be worry free! Ride Safe!!!”

I brought a used Suzuki motorcycle from this dealership and the first problem that I run into after 2 months of owning the bike was the chain flying off while I was riding.I brought a warranty when I brought the bike to cover the motor and trans which is pretty much useless because my second problem is my bike intermittently runs really rough to the point where I cant ride the bike and my fuel injection comes on.When I take the bike to the dealer to get serviced for this problem they can never find a problem and I get a complete run around story every time because they dont wanna fix the problem or try to diagnose because its a warranty job and they wont make money off the job. On my work order it stated "cannot test drive bike because of the rain" but they didnt even offer to keep the bike to ride on a nice day to try to duplicate the problem. Ive had this bike less then a year and its been nothing but problems and I owe too much money on it to try to trade it in at another dealer so now im stuck with a payment and a bike thats always having problems I personally would never do or recommend Martins business EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a barely used Honda CB500F last month from Brian Kemp and couldnt be happier. Let me start with the most important thing: Martin Moto will treat you like family. My gut told me to go with them, boy am I glad I did. Ive been back several times since buying and always end up there longer than I expected talking to their employees or customers about everything under the motorcycling sun. They truly are the "motorcycle enthusiasts" their t-shirts say they are. Theyll work with you (even if youre a low-budget college kid like me) and have prices as good as youll find elsewhere. I wasnt taken advantage of as a new rider looking for his first bike, I wasnt pushed around, I was treated with respect and cordiality. Do I plan to go back for the next bike I buy? Absolutely. Theyve got the selection, the customer service and the family-style atmosphere to always make it worthwhile. Plus theyve got free delivery to a certain distance, which was huge for me as a new rider who had the bike shipped the day after I got my license. Bottom line: Go there, ask for Brian (although everyone Ive talked to was great) and buy a bike!

I dont think I will ever go to another Motorcycle dealer in my life. This is my second time at Martin Moto and Jack never fails to make it an excellent experience. About a month or two ago my fiance and I came in and bought a used 2004 R6 from Jack and everything went so smooth. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was smooth and honest. Tuesday, I decided it was time to get a bike of my own. So of course I called Jack again. We walked out with a Suzuki Savage 650 and I couldnt be any more happy. Jack goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He is very honest and is sure to put you on the best bike possible. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I had a lot of concerns since this is my first bike, but I knew I was getting honest feedback and suggestions. So far weve had two over the top experiences with Jack and I will definitely come back to him for any other motorcycle needs in the future. Thank you Martin Moto for both of our bikes!
