4/13/15 Took my bike in to have the Speedo worked on due to it wasnt displaying speed, odometer, or gas. That was three weeks and four days ago and still waiting. Keep telling me, should be any day now! Keeps promising me a discount for the wait, but I guess we will see. There really nice there, that is the only reason I gave two stars. Avoid this place if you need anything out side an oil change. 4/15/15 Got a call today saying bike should be done tomorrow, but been told this before. We will see. 4/16/15 So of course still not done. They keep saying that they power commander V I gave them to install is giving me them problems to tune. Which to me sounds like they have their heads up their asses and dont know what they are doing. Told them I am picking the bike up Saturday done or not and taking it some where else. They got hell coming their way though been in contact with Bratt Hopkins the president to let them know what a crap location he is running. Avoid at all cost. I will drive to Norfolk and pay the toll before ever dealing with these guys again! 4/18/15 So finally got my bike back after they charged me 300 more than what they quoted me (discount my butt). Plus I am probably going to have get it re-dyno tuned because they One, made it way to rich and Two, the Horsepower and Torque are way under what they should be for what kinda of work the bike has. I think the amount of fuel it sucking down (killing gas mileage and power) is affecting it a lot. Again dont go to these guys they have no Idea what they are doing.

My husband and I dropped of his Harley to get 2 tires put on that we provided and a drive belt changed....5 days later when my husband finally called to check on when it was going to be finished they said they were having some trouble. So my husband went right in and as he stepped into the service shop the tech was telling another employee...."I dont give a f*** its not my bike". Anyway $802 later and a bike that had to be tore apart because after they did the work the tire was rubbing on fender, and a couple other things were off centered. We will not be taking our Harley ever again to Harley Davidson in seaford, DE to be fixed. The customer service after all this happened was horrible and the price we paid to only have to have it fixed again is insane.

Took motorcycle in for new rear shocks and new rear tire. They charged for a 40 point safety inspection also. So Second day of a 21 day ride stopped by another HD shop in Indiana for intermittent check engine light. They found the shift linkage loose, they didnt reinstall the brackets for exhaust and didnt clear old codes from system. Seaford was only to have the bike one business day and ended up keeping it four days. Before this dealership was purchased it was our go to service center now do not go all the old mechanics have left.

Harley Davidson is a Machine and machines have problems. I bought a used bike from Rommel a few years ago and there were a lot of problems with it. They went out of their way to try to make the Ultra Classic right but, to no avail it was not happening. After speaking with Roady we came to an agreement. He traded me to a newer bike and got me a good deal. Any problems I had with service was addressed and fixed. Other than clothing being pricey over all I would recommend Rommel of Seaford to anyone looking to upgrade their ride.

Over the years, and 3 bikes, I have not had a pleasant experience untill the dealership changed hands to Rommel. Although I have over the years had to resort to doing ALL my own repairs, the parts department has ALWAYS gone out of their way to be helpfull and respectfull. On one occasion last year, after leaving with the parts I purchased, I even called and spoke to the store manager to compliment the staff from the front door...to the parts department. Finally employees with knowledge and work ethics !!!!!!!!

if i could leave a 0 star rating i would.... purchased a brand new 2017 harley during their "pick your freedom" sales promotion and they wouldnt honor the promotion talking about theres not enough profit left in the bike for you to qualify for any of the three options for this promotion....... very unhappy with the whole sales experience if i would of had a different closer harley dealer to bought from i would have.. never will these people see any of my money again

Service department manager sucked, took bike in for 2 hours for dyno tune and then was told they couldnt do it. Charged $113 and kicked me out the door. Tried to charge me $460 for their pro-tuner and I have a PC3 on it already. Was going to charge me $325 for dyno and Ive found a shop doing it for $150. They dynod it last year, but it was a different department manager! Will not be going back. Poor - Fair is to high a rating for the customer service I received.
