Very pleased with the sales department and the parts department, however, the service department is one of the worst in the area. ( I work for a automotive service department at a local dealership) Took my bike in for maintenance. Wrong parts were ordered, then damage was found on the bike that wasnt accounted for upon the initial inspection. Service Advisor John has no business working there. Every time I stopped buy for an update he had no idea what was going on and always asked me to come back at a later tine. That man has no enthusiasm about his job nor the will to be there. Getting anything done here much less getting information about your motorcycle is like pulling teeth. Would definatly recommend going to Chesapeake or Hannums for service instead of this place.

Had a terrific experience with Rommel. We were on the search for a pre-owned Ultra Limited and walked away from another dealership after they would not negotiate on a fair price. Worked with Rommels Marsden Sturtz online who found us exactly what we wanted but it was at the Scranton store. I get frustrated with poor communication but Marsden was outstanding and easy to get in touch with via email or phone. Within a couple of days, the bike was in the New Castle location which is much closer for us. The bike was in perfect condition with very low mileage and was exactly what we were looking for. Our salesperson Doug was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Best of all, the price was fantastic. Will only buy from Rommel.

I have been coming hear for a few years now. It has been my experience with Willie, at the parts counter is better than any Harley Dealer I have been too! He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to get you what you need!!! He takes the time to listen and looks things up trying to find what will be best for you and your application! He takes a personal interest in what you want AND he calls you back on the phone!!!. Most dealers seem to have a BIG problem with that type of punctuality! Bought my first Harley with them today. From the moment I walked in the door Terry and the rest of the staff made me feel welcomed and werent pushy at all. After my purchase I went back to pick up the bike had questions about gear and they were very friendly and helpful. I certainly didnt get this treatment at most other dealers. These guys arent exactly close to where i live, but Ill be back there many more times for sure.

Its ok. Sales people are very nice had a good experience in that regard. Beware the dealer fees here are literally triple what they are at other dealerships. For whatever reason paperwork got messed up and its been over four months and I have not received my title. Not very flexible on the pricing or trade in value. I highly recommend Harley NYC as an alternative.

Parts and Sales departments are excellent. My only problem is with the service department. They are rude and the technicians do not know how to fix things. My bike was there for 3 weeks and they kept ordering useless parts that fixed nothing. I went there and had to show them what was wrong and how to fix the bike. I will go back for parts but thats all

Fantastic dealer. People are genuinely friendly and helpful, even giving technical advice so you can do the work yourself - even if it means they wont get your money in the service department. This is why I keep buying parts from them when I can do the job myself and will only let them fix it when the job is beyond me. 2010 Wide Glide owner.

Would give 10 stars if possible. We are traveling from FL to Quebec ... about 3500 miles total. I had engine issues requiring service on my 13 Ultra Limited; and was desperate for help. Rich and Tom in service fixed me up in short order on Saturday morning; with a smile and totally positive attitude. GREAT JOB GUYS .... Thank You !!!!

Service dept. is fast, friendly and honest. Parts dept. has always been helpful too. No regrets buying last two bikes from Rommel.

Parts Department is horrible. I just wanted a new fuel gauge for my softail and they order the wrong one. I took it back and they apologized and ordered another. They said it would be overnighted, it showed up a week and a half later. The replacement they ordered was wrong. Would not buy anything from them bike or parts.
