They didnt have what we wanted in stock so we had to order. Ok no problem. We were told by the manager that it will arrive in 2-3 days. I never received a call or an update. I called to check a week later and it was still not in. This was on a Monday. Was told that due to the bad weather it will be coming in Wednesday. Called to check Wednesday and it still its the here. Called to check Thursday and it still isnt here. Was told that it will definitely be in Friday. Called Saturday and it still isnt here. It has now been 2 weeks and I dont have my furniture and I havent received any calls from the store with an update. They refuse to give my money back. Bad business all the way around. Dont use them.

Didnt have exactly what I was looking for, BUT the employees didnt stop until I found exactly what I wanted! Had to order my living room set, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Ron is the employee that I deal with every time I go. He has great customer service, a warm and inviting smile, and hes always happy and pleased to help he most definitely go the extra mile to assure great quality and that you leave happy. I do think that the female manager should be more involved with her customers, and perk up a little she always seems so angry, and thats bad for business!
