They only care about money, not customer satisfaction. I ordered my dream bedroom furniture over the phone. When it arrived, the bookshelf headboard we ordered was 1/2" too thick to fit through our bedroom door. The movers did everything they could, but it just wouldnt go. When the movers called the store, Mark Mueller in a cussing tirade told the movers he was tired of people ordering custom furniture and it not fitting, and that he didnt care if we had to put it in our garage, they would not exchange it. When I called the store, Lynwood Mueller explained that there was a no exchange policy in the paperwork. When I told him we ordered over the phone and received no paperwork, he told me "its just common sense". Lynwood went on to say if it was a common piece they would work with me, but its not. I spent over $2,000 on my bedroom furniture and they are not willing to do anything but call the manufacturer 10 days from now to see if I can disassemble it. I find it appalling how this family business treats their customers.

Mueller furniture is THE place to go for new furniture. I walked in and was taken aback by how large the building was. It is a definite optical illusion from the outside. Every time I turned a corner there was more to see. Mark Mueller took me around and showed me the new recliners, the gorgeous Amish furniture and all of the options that come with both. I watched the men who were greeting people as they walked in, they were attentive and friendly without being pushy. All the customers walked in and out with a smile on their face. Mueller furniture is THE PLACE to go for family friendly service and prices!

Very nice place. We decided to stop by a lot of the various places throughout the area. I almost didnt stop because of how small it looked on the outside. After going in, you realize how big it really is. They have a basement with quite a bit of furniture as well. We didnt buy anything, but they had a lot of options. Some various brand names like Flexsteel and such are offered as well as some a little cheaper. You wont find any huge bargains here, but they had nice associates and a good selection of mainly couches/sofas/beds.

Back again to Mueller furniture today to buy a matching headboard for the amish bedroom set that we purchased from them 2 years ago and love, love, love along with a beautiful new mattress set. Picked up end tables, a coffee table and a couch and sofa too also at amazing 1/2 OFF prices! Sales staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy and owner, Mark, checked in with us to make sure we were having a good experience. Such a pleasure to shop local and receive such excellent pricing and service.

Almost a year ago we bought a Flexsteel couch, chair and two ottomans. Love them, but we had an issue with the cushion foam. Mark Mueller could not have been anymore helpful. We had to take a picture of the cushions and he emailed them to the manufacturer. New foam was ordered and replaced in the cushions. We live in St. Louis but will definitely shop there again for our furniture needs.

We bought a kitchen table and a bench for our hallway. Good pieces. Im going to continue to go back for the customer service. I forget her name, but the sales woman came to our house one evening to help us figure out what would be best for our living room. She was there for 2 hours after she got off work. Exceptional service and amazing person. I feel confident recommending them!

New to the area and found your wonderful company. My motion sofa was a large purchase for me and Rebecca was great. Not only was she pleasant, but really knew her products which helped in my decision. Today, my sofa was delivered and that went smooth as silk. Nice place, took a long time before someone approached me and I was in my Metro uniform. There was two white couples that came in and was approached almost immediately. Yes I am a black woman. I was looked at, an walked around. Thats to bad because they have nice furniture. However I will not be spending my hard earned money there.
