There arent even words to describe my experience! Purchased a Sofa and Ottoman in Dec 2016. Salesman puts the "down payment" on my credit card and says he will set it up to auto recur. Not only did the payment not draft from my account, RTG couldnt locate my account in their records at all. Turns out, they financed me with 3rd party lender. 3rd party lender also couldnt find my account. By the time it all got sorted out, they reported me 60 days late for a payment that 1. I was told was auto draft 2. called in to make the payment when I noticed it didnt draft 3. couldnt even make that payment because both parties lost my account and mishandled my personal information. My wife and I are expecting, and in the market for a new home. A lender wont even consider us because of the 60 day late payment. I finally managed to get someone on the phone and that was the day I paid the balance in full to severe all ties with both companies! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!. Currently pursuing legal action and formal complaints with BBB.

Horrible delivery service. I am a commercial driver so knew to tell them our house was remote. They set appointment for delivery came out but their commercial driver was afraid to navigate our driveway so instead of calling us drove away. After they missed apt by 2 hours we started calling it wasnt until 5 hours after missing appointment before they finally called. The stupid part we could have taken our truck up to the top of the driveway if the driver had called and told us he was scared. They were supposed to schedule a new apt after a week of not hearing from them we called them back to schedule apt the soonest they could do is July 11, 2017. This irritated my husband because that is more than a month past purchase day. So he said we wanted our money back rooms to go said any store can handle that and hung up on him. We are going to the Covington store where we made our purchase to get their take on this situation.

I wish I could leave a 0! Horrible experience with the delivery of my sons bed. Part came in damaged and I was told an exchange would be processed and I would have a new part less than a week later. I called 7 days later and an exchange had never been done nor was the part in stock. I talked to several people all of which who did nothing to help! I wont buy a THING else from them.

Spent 30 minutes in the store today and never got asked if we needed help. The part that annoys me the most is that we found a living room set that we really wanted, and couldnt find anyone to take our money.
