Andrew was exceptional during the whole shopping experience. He was knowledgeable about all of the furniture we saw and shared his experiences of each brand, personally and professionally. We purchased an entire bedroom suite including mattress with an adjustable massaging base. He made the whole process enjoyable and gave great information on each product. He took the time to find us the best mattress to fit both of our needs and then helped us find the best bedroom suite as well. He also gave us plenty of time alone to discuss options, colors and prices. Overall, we will be shopping at Knie with Andrew for the rest of our furniture needs. Knie is a great store with plenty of options!

My husband, Mark, and I found Ashley, our salesperson, friendly and prepared for our visit. She and I had spoken twice over the phone, so she knew the information and pricing for those kitchen appliances we wanted. Seeing the new Maytag fingerprint-resistant stainless steel in person, we "fell in love!" Ashley and her manager collaborated to get us the absolute BEST Black Friday prices available on the four appliances we purchased, which involved checking Home Depot and Lowes pricing, too. We appreciated the overall great Customer Service that Ashley and Knies extended us, and we will definitely return for future purchases and will happily recommend this store to others.

We recently purchased a fridge from Ashley Heaton that did not work when it was delivered. She sent the sales manager out to inspect it right away and a new replacement was at the house with in an hour. Due to crazy circumstances that one didnt work either (not a fan of Samsung). Ashley kept the store open past closing hours for me to come in and pick out a new brand and it was delivered to my home in 30 minutes. 3 refriderators in less than 24 hours was stressful but Ashley and the wonderful delivery guys on Saturday made the experience not only tolerable but left me as an extremely happy customer. Exceptional customer service!! (Ps. New fridge works great buy whirlpool)

I purchased an Amana washer from Knie Appliance. Patrick was an amazing help in store, answered all my questions and my whole visit with purchase and delivery set up took less than 30 min. Tommy and Alex delivered my washer in 3 days, they called the day before to set up a time, which was great, took my old washer up, swept my floor, connected the washer for me, showed me how to use my new washer, and explained all my paperwork to work for me, plus they hauled away my old washer. My whole Knie Appliance experience was above and beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them to anyone.

Our appliance delivery was very smooth and uneventful. Aaron and Denny were Great! I was given a 2 hour window of when theyd arrive and they arrived right at the start of the window. That makes for a great day, as I didnt have to sit home waiting for those 2 hours. Now I can carry on with my day:) Both Aaron and Denny were very personable and polite! Our sales person when we purchased our appliances at the Sterling store was Ashley. She was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely ask for her again when returning for future purchases. I would recommend Knie and these guys in a heart beat! Thank you Knie!

I had a positive experience during my recent appliance purchase from Knie Appliance & TV in Sterling. I bought an Amana washer and dryer from Knie on July 28, 2017. The out-the-door price was $827.31, including tax, delivery charge, new hoses, and a new dryer cord. Patrick, the salesman, did a nice job explaining the products and Knie’s delivery schedule. The two installers, Tommy and Alex, arrived as scheduled, connected the washer and dryer, and walked me through the basic operation of each unit. I was pleased with Knie’s pricing as well as the delivery/installation process.

I have shopped with Knies for a year now. I moved back here from a large West Coast city. The level of customer service rivals Nordstrom. Nordstom has always been the Gold Standard, but my vote goes to Knies for their unfailing level of service. I like being called by name, I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. Andrew has always been my go to guy. Hes no pressure and engages in conversation. Also their delivery staff is exceptional. I will continue to refer friends and family to Knies. And of course, I will not hesitate to check Knies for my next purchase.

Actually I have bought most of my furniture at Knie Appliance and TV only because each and every time I walk in there, whether Im just looking or buying each one of sales associates great me with such friendliness and respect right up to the manager. The sales associate Ashley has grown to be my favorite. She always makes sure Im happy with whatever I bought and also takes her time with me. I really dont believe there is many businesses that treat customers as well as Knie in Sterling Illinois!!!! Thanks Ashley and Knie Appliance for everthing. Youre the BEST!!!

Chris was very helpful when I was shopping for living room furniture. It took about a week after I ordered for the furniture to arrive which was a lot faster then I was expecting. The delivery was quick, but the guys thought they were funny and said they were there to fix my fridge and had no furniture. Then when they were done they told me that I owed them money (which I didnt). I know they thought they were being funny, but I only found them unprofessional. If I were to come back to Kines I would defiantly want to get something I can haul myself.

My first refigerator showed up with scratches and dents so the delivery guys apologized and sent it back. The customer service employees do not communicate very well either. But the next morning the same delivery guys showed up on time and did an outstanding job setting it up and put my old frig in the garage where I needed it. The service man who installed my water line also did a very professional job and was very polite. I give the laborers 5 stars but the store staff about 3 for lack of follow up and comunication.

Bought equipment from them and all seemed to going well so we bought from Ashley . DONT DO IT !! THERE FURNITURE AS THE THEIR REP SAID WHEN HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE I QUOTE. YOU KNOW FURNITURE IS PUT TOGETHER AS CHEAPLY AS POSSIBLE AND THEN HE SMILED AT ME LIKE I DIDNT GET IT. I GET IT ALRIGHT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KNIE OR ASHLEY CHECK IT OUT ON LINE THERE ARE MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND FOR A REASON. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS AT BEST JUNK !!!!!!!!!

Purchased a stove - was told it would be delivered between 9am & 11am. I was told I was to be the 2nd delivery of the day - it is now 11:20 am NO DELIVERY!!! Totally messed up my day - was suppose to attend my great nephews first football game at SHS - that didnt happen. All other plans for the day put on hold until delivery!!! Considering there is a $49 delivery charge service should be better than this. Not a happy customer.

I like to ship local, so when I found a good deal on a range at a store outside Sterling area, I brought the price to Ashley at Knies to see if they could match it. Ashley was great took price to her boss and got it matched, done deal. Knies also does all repair for work for appliances bought from them, the big box store arent going to give you that, you will have to go through the appliance dealer...good luck. SHOP LOCAL.
