My experience at Alex Automotive was awesome! They had great customer service and my car was well taken care of! While my car was getting serviced, i waited in the receptionist area, where they had a TV and complementary coffee and water. I was able to relax and enjoy myself while I waited for my car. The lady at the front desk was very nice. After my car was finished, they took the time to explain to me everything they did and what needed to be repaired on my car. I was also able to get a complementary car wash! Alex Automotive will definitely see me again! oh yea, they also have free WiFi!

I just recently brought my 2011 VW CC in for them to take a look at a check engine light. They promptly got back with me with all the error codes that were causing the light and requested my permission prior to any repairs. The issues took a little while to fully diagnose and repair -but at the end of the day, I was satisfied with their diligence and dedication to getting all my engine problems solved. Great customer service also!

I called Alex automotive and the man who took my call was extremely rude, when I told them about my car situation he demanded to know why I was really calling! Then accused me of being a sales call and made me PROVE that I wasnt a sales person! When I asked to talk to the owner he wouldnt transfer me. This was the most ridiculous situation. They need to fire whoever the heck is answering their phones!
