My experience was fine until my items were paid for in full, once that was done thats when all the problems started first off there was different dates on the delivery date, then when they did finally deliver my items there was no mattresses to go with my bedroom set once they resolved that issue there were issues with the bedroom set (scratches, lights not working) the date agreed to fix the problems were never met! After continuous calling, & given the run around I was told in order to fix the issues caused by the manufacturer they needed to come get my bedroom set & go two months with no bed that I already paid for in full not willing or considering to do anything to make up for the lost time or me not having a bed to sleep on then when I ask for a refund I was told no or cannot even exchange so buyers beware youre better off going somewhere else I know the saying you get what you pay for and there prices wouldnt make you assume the Furniture is cheap so I cant understand why they run their business the way they do

I will never step through those doors again. I ordered a bunk bed, and when it came in (which was rather quickly to their credit) they set up a delivery time. When they arrived, the bed had stripped out screws and couldnt be assembled safely, so they reordered it. To this point, I am still pleased that they didnt try to put something together unsafely. When the reorder came in, it was in the wrong color. At this point I spoke with customer service who said that they would try to get at least the delivery charge refunded and would call me as soon as they spoke with the owner. I never heard back from them on that, even after I went into the store again to talk with them in person. When the bed came in, they scheduled the delivery date wrong and when they finally delivered it, they managed to break the blinds in the room they were setting up the bed in. They also tightened down one of the screws so much that it tore through the bed. AVOID THIS PLACE

Terrible service. Bought a coffee table which they had to order......apparently the supplier has it back ordered for 3-5 weeks. So I call them on the tenth business day when I anticipated delivery and they said they would check and call me back. No one called me back. I called them and they told me it was back ordered. Why buy from someone who doesnt carry things in stock and doesnt follow up when I can buy it online for cheaper? What a terrible store. I see nothing but positive reviews until I dig in online and I see other nightmare experiences. Do not buy from this store.

Terrible! Purchased a LED headboard kingsize bed room set ... The light on the headboard never worked. They told me they would get another from the manufacturer I would just have to wait 4 weeks. Weeks go by still no signs of a headboard. Now Im being told I have to send my old in first and wait another 3 weeks for one to be delivered. So I guess Im suppose to sleep in a room without a bed !!! Then they told me I can return it for a refund only to tell me 30 minutes later I cant be refunded! The store have zero inventory so if anything goes wrong expect to wait weeks!

We had been to multiple furniture stores in the area and nobody had what we were looking for, we came across Maak furniture by chance when we were driving through the chapel hill mall area and decided to stop. IM SO HAPPY WE DID. Extremely helpful from the time I walked in to the time I left. Eddy had many options for what we were looking for. He gave us a wonderful deal and we got just what we were looking for. Thanks for everything.

Just wanted to get on and commend them for an amazing job done! Kris was my sales-man and he went above and beyond to help me find the right sectional at the right price for me. The delivery team did great too!!! I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews I had read but after all is said and done, I had a great experience and wanted to share!!!!

Staff was friendly, the furniture seemed overpriced, but if you shop the sale items you get a good deal. I was presently surprised how nice it was inside along with their large variety of tables and chairs. Check this place out if youre in the market for new furniture
