My husband and I spent over $ 3,000 for Pinnacle right and left Reclina - Rocker. Also to match Pinnacle storage console. We had it to be deliverd. When the two delivery guys started to put the brackets on the furniture, they were missing one bracket for the reclina rocker. One of the guys said to me and my husband they always do this in columbus and they dont know if anything is missing until they start putting it together. One of the guys called the store where we bought the furniture, they said to send it back. By this time the old furniture was thrown out. The guys put in the order for another bracket and would get it in a few days. My husband called on that monday , and guess what they never orderd it. Finally got the bracket on 3-17-2016. Its going to take another few days to get someone here to put the bracket on. My husband and I dont blame the delivery guys they were doing a great job. They felt bad I said well Its La-Z-Boy they dident do there job in columbus. We paid alot of money we should get some money back for all the hassle we went through. First time customers and last. Never again

My complaint is about the quality of the stationary upholstered chair that I bought from Lazboy. It has been a huge disappointment. Since the first months, the loose seat cushion collapsed after we average weight people sit in it for an hour or two. The cushion has been replaced twice, unfortunately with the same inferior foam cushion, so the problems continues. I did make my own "fix" by stuffing a stiff pillow under the cushion. In addition, the upholstered arm is also collapsing, sinking below the wooden frame, so that there appears to be a hole in the arm and the wood frame covered with only upholstery fabric is very uncomfortable to lean against. The Lazboy website for "contact us" does not work, and I have not been contacted when I have requested help with it. My overall feeling about the chair is that it was a big mistake to invest a sizable amount in a Lazboy product. It is a very disappointing product, I would never recommend purchasing this chair.

Very novice salesperson, Sarah, who clearly did not know her product lines and overtly needed mentoring in higher end sales navigation. We left after several discourteous responses and unwillingness to consider our needs. For a store selling $1000+ chairs and several thousand dollar furniture pieces, they have to do better to consider the sensibilities of customers who can afford such items. We departed and went to the Canton La-Z-Boy store to have a courteous, professional, and entirely pleasant experience where we purchased more than we ever would have at the Cuyahoga Falls location. Very disappointed in this store and what a tarnish to their brand name, which we have been loyal customers for decades.

They cant be trusted. When I ordered my chairs, I was quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery...after 14 weeks I questioned where are my chairs. They became upset and claimed they cant control the delivery. The management are jerks and I hope they made enough on my sale to retire.......they wont sell me anything after this experience.

The manager here is pretty high strung and hard to deal with. The furniture is nice but the service here isnt the greatest, although I dont have a lot of furniture store experience to compare the sales staff to since this was my 2nd stop. Im just not overwhelmingly excited about my trip there. I left disappointed.

Very nice furniture, a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for... Sales people were very knowledgeable and low pressure. They are not paid on commission.
