My experience has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! First I ordered furniture on Nov. 29 and my original delivery date of Dec. 8 was missed and caused me to lose a whole day of work waiting on them and they never showed up. Next, they come on Dec. 23 to delivery the furniture (the day before Christmas Eve) and tell me their policy is to not assemble coffee tables or side tables. They leave the giant box with a cofee table in it for me to assemble. When we opened it and took it out the coffee table was CRACKED in half! So I am left with a giant box of broken coffee table to climb over all during the holidays. I call Customer Service and to my surprise I am told the coffee table has been discontinued and there are none in stock to replace it. So, I call the store closest to me in Jacksonville FL located on Phillips Hwy and am told I must call the store I originally bought it from and tell them to "Flip the Order" to that store. I do this, only to my surprise again, after I get down to the store located 50 minutes from my home that the order needed to be flipped back to the original store I bought it from...it gets worse. I spend 2 hours looking for a replacement piece of furniture (after much confusion on the value of my return) and am told by the manager (female) that she must call corporate to get this worked out and the paperwork must be done by the original store I purchased the furniture from to begin with. The manager tells me she has everything in order and will call me Monday (yesterday) to confirm everything and I will not have to come back to the store. I tell the manager that I am not taking another day off work for delivery (being that I have alreadfy take 2 at this point) I explain to her my husband is home from work this week and the furniture must be delivered during that time. She assures me she will call Monday....ONLY TO MY SURPRISE NO CALL on Monday. Wow, could this customer service get any better! So, I call the store today, and guess what the manager is OFF today! So my experience with Rooms To Go is go somewhere else! The furniture is CRAP and the customer service is HORRIBLE! That "we deliver the next day" is a LIE! I have lost all faith in this company. I paid cash for everything purchased from this store (no financing).it was paid for in full. I am absolutely disgusted with not only the store itself but the people they employee. The outright disregard for good customer service and to make it right when your company delivered a damaged product. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

I have been a rooms to go customer for 10-12 years and have had many great experiences. This one, not so good, very disappointed. We bought a mattress, complete bed set. Paid good money. The mattress failed at 7 years, the warranty was ten years. I paid an upgrade and received a new mattress and was told by my sales person at the time. This is the latest greatest mattress, you really stepped up. This mattress is warrantied for 20 years, last one was 10. Now, this mattress has failed, I called for assistance and was told, No, the sales person was wrong, the warranty starts at the original and you are out. Sorry. I understand what this person is saying, this is not what I was told. So I paid an upgrade for nothing, no additional warranty and I have failed mattress I cannot sleep on and have invested $1500.00 dollars in. I have been a good loyal customer, have spent my $7-8 thousand dollars there and have referred many customers there. Sorry the relationship has to come to an end under these circumstances..

We had a great experience over Presidents Day Weekend. Went on Saturday, store was packed but AJ Jones was able to juggle multiple customers with skill. We decided to take some measurement home and see which dining room sets would fit in our home and come back on Sunday to place our order. As we went to leave we discovered we had a dead battery. My husband went back inside to see if someone would help us out with a quick jump to get us on our way. None of the associates he approached were willing to leave the floor to help. ONLY AJ was willing to do so. He helped us out, which we really appreciated and we were determined to come back the next day to order our dining room sets, from AJ. We returned on Sunday, again AJ was skillfully juggling customers , but was able to assist us with ordering our 2 dinings room sets. We still need a living room set and will definitely return to Rooms to Go and your skillful associate AJ to assist us with our next purchase.

Terrible experience, first off if my wife was not hooked on what we came for I would not of purchase I was ready to go but the wife really wanted. Never in my life have I never gotten a deal on furniture, two they are not Military friendly in any way. They required a down payment, never at any furniture store in my life have I paid a down payment, when you have great credit that is a smack in face. The quality of furniture is second rate. I really wish my wife did not love the design. We paid for delivery and set up, but they dont set up. Its been three weeks now and my child furniture is not set up as I work out of town. They dropped it off and took off. Last time ever buying from them, both Babcock and Ashley gives military discounts and will negotiate prices, along with no down payment with great credit. Also when they deliver they set up. I see a big difference in quality too between Ashley and Rooms to go. Ashley Furniture is stronger and more sturdy.

After looking around at many stores, we found Rooms-to-Go to be the best choice for us. We had a budget of around $4000 and we were looking for some nice, durable furniture. We had been to Ashley and Havertys earlier in the day and they are all pretty similar. What sold us on Rooms-to-Go wasnt just that they had a myriad of different styles and colors, but they also had Matt! He isnt a salesmen, he is just an overall good guy who wants you to purchase what you are comfortable with. He wants you to be happy at the end of the day. From letting us leave and discuss, to never once pushing us to buy, he was just great. A very pleasant experience. Money wasnt what we talked about. We spoke of our needs and wants and he came through 100%. Today, about 2 weeks after we purchased, we received a Thank You card in the mail and it was from Matt. This guy is awesome and we will be back to see him! Thank you again.

I hope you read the reviews before you buy. I received furniture from this store and was charged 10% more than the online prices and two of the 7 pieces of furniture were damaged by the people assembling them. The frame that broke in half was not wood at all. it was plastic that was made to look like wood. I know the furniture is cheaply made but i didnt know it was 100% plastic. I was charged a $40 dollar delivery fee specific to three pieces that were delivered and not assembled. when i asked customer service why the werent assembled they said that the furniture was not assembled because i lived in a 203 route. when i asked what that meant i was told they should have told me in the store. i then asked what should they have told me and after a moan of exasperation she told me anyone who lives on a busy route must assemble the lower cost items them selves.
