Night and Day is the difference in service youll get from this store compared to the Bridal Trails store that was rude and refused to help or answer any questions. The owner, John Vaiphei, of this downtown Kirkland store was friendly and helpful. He made a phone call to figure out direct shipping information through a Costco purchase (something Bridal Trails said they couldnt do) and even taped my package without charging me for the piece of tape! He was very helpful and polite, asked if I had any questions, made copies of the paperwork for me... I will definitely return to this store for my shipping needs. The customer service was outstanding! Thank you!!
