Very disappointing customer service. I recently moved back to the area after living overseas and the staff misled me as to the plans available. In fact, I thought I was buying a $40 prepay plan that does not actually exist. After I left the store, the txt messages from AT&T activating my account did not match what they told me in the store. I called and while the phone support staff was knowledgeable, they could not cancel my new number and give me a refund. They suggested I go back to the store. The store manager refused to take my complaint seriously, and he would not give me a refund. I suggest avoiding at&t.... and this store in specific. The staff is more interested in making a sale than in knowing their product and having an honest sale.

This review is for the AT&T store on the ground floor of Lincoln Square.There is another AT&T store across the street in the actual mall (next to Macy), which has not been as helpful and has a smaller selection of phones. Ive been in this store several times. They have a great selection of devices and Ive never had a bad experience. Each time Ive been assisted by a different member. The staff has always been polite and helpful. When discussing their devices, they have been fairly knowledgeable. I was told AT&T considered this a flagship store, and I can see why.

An experience in the ultimate ineptitude. I went into this store knowing the phone I wanted to buy. They had the phone in stock, yet were unable to figure out their own computer system and were unable to sell me the phone. They offered to hold the phone for a later date. Wow!

Horrible customer service. Went to the store to resolve a phone issue. Nobody greeted us at the door. There were three reps with each moving at snails pace. We left after no one attended to us for 30 minutes.
