Location is the only good thing about this store. I live across the street so walking over there is perfect. The prices at this store are just plain expensive. There are no 2 ways about it. Compared to qfc down the street, the prices on baby items are absolutely astronomical. I just wont buy formula here, its nearly double to their competitor. The prices on bathroom essentials are also laughable; again, double to their competitors. My other constant complaint is the store is NEVER stocked. I shop at this store 1-4x/week and Ive never once been able to buy everything on my list. It also seems consistent that things on sale are never stocked, forcing the customer to buy the more expensive product. Even on Fridays, which is when their weekly sale prices start, they arent stocked on sale items listed in their paper. Customer service is pretty good here, but with the issues listed above most of my interactions have unfortunately been complaining or getting rain checks. Again, i shop here because of location and convenience, but if given the option i would not! This Safeway needs some tlc from corporate, no joke.

Safeway was somewhere that I was gonna continue to shop at. The cashier told me that the prices are so high because of the homeless that come in and steal. The actual customer should not be punished for actually buying the product from a billion dollar company that wont control their store with the thieves. She mentioned that about the Everett store on evergreen in downtown Everett which is a breeding ground for the homeless.

Stopped in for a Starbucks drink. The employee didnt apply all the parts to my order so my drink was not right. She had it all written in the cup, she just didnt apply it. She wasnt pleased when I asked her if that was light ice in my drink (which I had asked for & she wrote in the cup) and she said yes though the trenta size drink was completely filled with ice! She offered to remake it but I was not abling to wait.

I love the evening/night crew here! so friendly and helpful! While the crews at other Safeway stores in the area are grumpy and standoff-ish, this team ours always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you came for and if they dont have it ,still leave with a smile (and a rain check)Special shoutout to Rita and Clay, you guys are the best, you are the reason I keep coming back!!

Open late, nice location. Store is fairly clean, however in the later evening their stockers have carts full of boxes everywhere in different aisles with no attendant present. Makes it hard to get a cart through the isles at times. Dont always have products Im looking for like laundering shampoo, or butane, just random items though. For the most part good selection.

This is a great Safeway, clean, well stocked, and very friendly staff. Sometimes the isles get a little crowded with sale specials and displays and you have to watch pull dates on some less popular items, but overall a great place to buy groceries.

Nice local Bothell Safeway... Newish... And fairly good size grocery store... Fuel station on premises... Shares real estate with other restaurants, shops, spas, etc... Wait for check out sometimes longer than 10 min... Ahhh...

I come here a lot. They always seem to never run out of stuff here when I shop. Also their gas station has super low prices and theyre located next to a few good restaurants to grab a bite. My favorite Safeway so far.

Its a newer store thats 24/7 which is great for beer or late night snack runs. It has multiple self checkout lanes. I prefer this one over the one down the street that is a older store.

Ive never had any problems at this Safeway in 23 years. I use them for my pharmacy, which can be a little slow but its honestly no big deal. Good selection of food and friendly staff.
