Plenty of stock. Pushy staff. I was approached by a gentlemen and asked if needed help and I said I was good and he left me alone. This other gal came over and kept telling me about deals they had which was fine. I wasnt going to buy anything but then noticed some towels so I went to pay for them and the same gal seemed shocked that was all I was buying. She went over the top trying to get me to buy additional items. She rattled off at least 6 items that were on special but I really was trying my best to ignore her. I get it. Businesses need to try additional sales at the till but what she was doing was unacceptable.

I had to quickly find an Auto Zone due to my engine light turning on when I was on a long commute home. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and had a diagnostic run on my car. After that I was helped by a man named Jim who went above and beyond for me. He helped me find the right part and after telling him I was still almost an hour from home called up a local mechanic to refer me to. The shop was less than a mile away and when I pulled up to the garage Jim came and knocked on my window. He followed me to the shop then said he wanted to make sure I got there okay because my car had died once already.

I bought a clutch set from the apple valley location, apparently they boxed the wrong part. When confronted, store manager said its not their fault because its coming from China. And also the shop shouldve checked the parts, in other words they arent responsible. But when asked if its ok for them to sell the wrong part and collect the revenue for it, the manager had no answer.
