Poor customer service. I kept asking about how to downgrade my plan & remove the web service, and he kept telling me about plans, then when I asked for it he would tell me I cant have it because Im not a new customer. And he told me I cant get a cheaper plan. Im not sure I should believe him because he communicated so poorly. It got me very, very frustrated because I felt like all I got was double-talk. Im in sales & customer service & Ive even run a team. And he would be gone. And I still cant get through to Metro PCS...I will be switching carriers altogether asap. They send the message WE DO NOT EVER WANT YOU TO CALL US AND TALK TO US YOU ARENT IMPORTANT ENOUGH.

Absolutely dreadful. This location operates with a blatant disregard for ethics,respect, or professionalism. They are con artists from the Middle East with the sole intention of scamming the costumer. Walking into this hole in the wall,sorry excuse for a business should done so with the Better Business Bureau behind you. LIARS,SCAMMERS,AND SNEAKS....Go to any other Metro location. This one however.... AVOID 100%... AVOID!
