Very abrasive staff. All phones mounted to post. No offer to let me hold a phone after repeated comments. Saturday afternoon. No one in store but myself and two employees. They seemed busy on their phones when I arrived and went right back to their phones when I left. I headed three miles south to the Corporate store. Follow up. TMobile corporate store has very similar phone security displays... But the corporate store demo phones can be picked up and used. I ended up buying my phone from the corporate location.

I went to the store and waited for an hour and half left without getting any help. Manager was bragging the number of AT&T customers coming to his store to switch rather than helping customers waiting hours to get help. Terrible customer service. I will never use that store again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Fact, they told me I needed a new sim card for a new phone that already had one. Fact, they were to refund my account for a purchased I returned and didnt. Thank goodness for the corporation, they gave me a full refund for both on my account.
