All I can really think to say is WOWWWWWW!! I came in at one point feeling totally stressed! Soooo many things were going wrong and THEN it was my phone. Sylvan said: "We got you! Dont stress over it; you will be good to go before you walk out of this store. And, even if something happens AFTER you leave; remember, We got you! Youll never have to worry about your phone issues again! We are here to take care of you!" The other two in the store were great too. Very friendly and very helpful and very patient and very pleasant! Your problems and anxieties just seemed to melt away once you stepped over the threshold of their store. Every time I started to worry about another problem that could possible occur; theyd smile and say: Have we taken care of you so far? We will make sure youre comfortable and understand everything before you leave. Ive had great experiences here so far and will continue to choose THIS STORE as MY STORE! lol I even told someone else: Yeah MY VERIZON guy takes care of me on my phone issues! This is truly the BEST store to go to, if you want the most outstanding customer service, this IS the store to go to! Theyre extremely nice and very customer oriented. Kendrick is one of the most helpful representatives there, he went above and beyond to make sure Id get the phone I want without any hassle. Hes very easy to talk to, and pays attention to every detail in any problem, questions, or concern about a phone you would have. Whatever the problem is, he will go out of his way to fix it just for you. He never rushes you off the phone or in the store should you have any questions or concerns, he takes his time into listening to you and what you need and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you want the best customer service, to be shown the respect you deserve, to even having a slight financial problem with your phone worked out that is fair to you but also fair to them, this is the store for you. They WILL take care of you. Especially Kendrick and Silvan.

Getting a new phone is always a pain.... But this time it was super easy and even enjoyable. Steven helped me and my husband both get new phones.....Moto Z Play....love it!!!! The store is great, simple and well kept, and the service was phenomenal. We had a lot of questions and Steven answered each and every one and saved us a ton of money by finding promos for us we didnt even know to ask for. He was wonderful and I highly recommend this store and Steven to anyone that ask. You get a great deal, friendly knowledgeable service, and walk away knowing help is just a call away if you have more questions later. Please check them out before going anywhere else.

They talked us into a bad phone. Over charged us and said they would wave the activation fee and never did. The phone isnt what they said it would be. They helped my son get a different phone but it was inconvenient because my son lives 45 minutes away from me. I had to go back to their store 4 times before the refunds and exchanges were finally complete. For the inconveniences, they gave me a whole 15% off of the phone. The people that work there are very friendly but I feel they need more of a selection with their phones that are in store. Every time I went there, there wasnt any customers, so I was waited on immediately.

Dont go here they pressured my friend that ues to work there to make me change my Google review that I made in the past and threatened to fire hem for it on top of that they will say there giving you a better deal but charge you upwards of 100$ more for a phone thats 3 years old and you better get everything down in writing because they will tell you one thing and not do it or will do something else to make your bill more expensive and on top of that Steven is by far one of the rudest people Ive ever met her also will kiss up to the contract holder and try to get "problem clients" taken off there lines.

I was having issues with my iPhone and went to another location, but they were so busy and I waited forever so I ended up leaving after finding this location on Google. Silvan and Kendrick were a big help. I was greeted instantly and they helped me within minutes. They restored my phone for me and hooked me up with awesome accessories for a great price. Highly recommend this location, they definitely care about their customers.

This store is a joke and what they do is criminal. Im not sure who posted the positive reviews on here, most likely family members and friends. Ive heard they buy used equipment and sell it as new. Anything they tell you, get it in writing as they will promise you the world and give you something much different. They are an independent dealer. Id go anywhere but here to do business. Bunch of Crooks!

Stephen and Christina we absolutely wonderful. We came in around 7pm. We bought a new phone and Stephen explained everything outstandingly. We asked Chrising several questions and she was very knowledgeable. Both have wonderful personalities. Hickory Creek is our new store! They even stayed past their closing time to help us. Great Verizon Reps!!

This store is amazing!! Silvan is wonderful. He took time out of his day to personally make my life way easier when I was switching over to Verizon from AT&T. Definitely went the extra mile. He worked with me for the multiple hours it took to unlock my phone and switch it over! A huge thank you to the staff in this store!! You ROCK!!!!

I hate dealing with cell phone companies: usually. This is now the store I will always go to as they are honest, saved me money and got my wife the phone she wanted- and somehow I spend less per month- amazing. Angelo is a dick, so ask for JP: he was awesome and will help you save money- mark my words.

My experience so far is not good they knew I was not from the area bult yet did not care to inform me that if I had any problems I would have to drive 5 hours to bring something back.Store policy or not they would not even let me send it back to them by mail I have to bring it nack in person

Can only sell phones. They are NEVER busy yet they ignore you when you walk in. They will not help or even talk to you untill they are done with the person before you. This sounds good in theory only. But, if the person before you is still looking around, you will be sitting there forever.

Didnt have the best experience here but they did correct the issues that I had encountered. I still encourage other shoppers to visit a corporate location as Ive never had a bad experience in Flower Mound or Denton. But at least after a review, they did make good on the bad experience.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did I NOT get a good signal, but some employees were rude and argumentive. Blake Hill was the only one that took the time to help us and get things done. We did not go back to AT&T because all was well. Do not use Verizon
