Worst experience of my life they lied to me to sell me a phone they claimed was covered by my insirance. It wasnt so eventhough i made an insurance claim ive been paying for two phones. Goodbye T-Mobile and i hope no one ever enters this store where they lie and hood wink people. Ps thay one star is cause it makes u to post it.

Hey everyone, I want to say this place is an athurized dealer only. Do not use them to return your phones for recalls unless you purchased directly from them. The customer service is great though.
